I have been here more than 10 times since it’s the closest one to me but they NEVER say hello, goodbye or call my name when the drink is ready. The one of the staff even threw the food on the pickup location because she was rushing. Very rude. All the staffs are the WORST compared to other Starbucks. I always feel bad when I visit here. I tried to give them more tips but they have always same poor service regardless.

I was coming from Cupertino from the office and while driving home I felt so thirsty that quickly I added a drive thru Starbucks on my google maps and it directed me to this Starbucks. I was able to get the caramel frappe and the service was great. Mainly it solved my thirst issue but was feeling guilty to buy from here as they are pro Israel war supporters and Anti-Palestinians.

Drinks always taste great and the service is fantastic. It's nice when Baristas remember your order and name. I usually order a few times during the week with the mobile app before heading to work and it's been very convenient. This branch also has a drive-thru for speedier service.

Nice quiet location kind of hidden from the standard spots you find a Starbucks location. Comfortable sitting inside and outside, drinks made perfect and staff friendly & helpful. Got to try the Frozen Pineapple PF Lemonade, very good on a hot day.

Starbucks everywhere is just about the same. Haven’t been doing the Starbucks thing much because the coffee quality isn’t that great. The service has become much more inconsistent and messy so it’s been tough wanting to stop at one to pick up drinks.
