It's a little kiosk in the great mall, so not as consumer friendly as stores themselves usually are, but I made an online order, and it was ready for me when i arrived, and drink was well made.

Starbucks in the Great Mall. I visited several times because I was on a business trip, but today was even worse, so I am leaving a review. The atmosphere is average inside a mall. I arrived around 1pm on April 12th and ordered two drinks and bread through the app. An alarm popped up on the app saying everything was ready, but it wasn't at the pickup stand so I inquired. Although the female employee with only her bangs dyed red understood, she ignored it and was busy chatting with another employee next to her. In the past, I had the feeling that Asians would ignore me when I asked questions, but today it became clear. I was afraid that he might not have understood what I was saying, so I showed him the screen on the app and only then did he give it to me. For your information, I worked at a hotel inside a U.S. military base in Korea, and my English is not good enough to currently work as an English instructor in Korea. If they took that attitude simply because I look Asian, I think it would be a bigger problem. Not only will I never go again, but I will definitely not recommend it to people around me in the future. I truly think racism is a big problem. Training will be needed again

NOT HAPPY with my drink! My Hazelnut Oatmilk Shaken Espresso Latte did not seem to have enough Oatmilk in it. Then they made a mistake on my other drink! Yes, they gave me extra drink but I have to wait again. Waiting time for 2 drinks was 15mins!

I went there today. The service was horrible. It took 20 minutes to make my iced Matcha drink. Then I seen the girl sprinkle a little matcha in My grande, when there should be 4 scoops of Matcha, it just tasted like milk, something I could have done at home myself. So I asked the girl if she put 4 scoops and she said, “Yes”. I told her it tasted like milk, she replied, “Do u want me to add more?” I said forget it and walked away pissed off. I figured for waiting for 20 minutes that it was going to taste great….☹️ what a waste of money and time. It’s just as bad as the Starbucks in Eastridge Mall.

The individuals working there aren’t friendly. I order one coffee and it wasn’t made after waiting 10-15 minutes and getting back in the line. Another customer next to me asked about their food order and they were ignored until the second time they asked. The worker responded that they heard them, but didn’t give them an update regarding their order.

I have been to this Starbucks a couple times and Calista has been super helpful with my collection of cups !! And everytime I have asked for any recommendations of a drink it has always been spot on ! she's the best

November 10 , 2023 11:40 AM 0 stars Worst customer service encounter with Starbucks .Rude work associate Faith & the other worker were both on their cell phones Took a while to get down my order Made my 3 drinks wrong Once I asked for a side of sweet cream to fix my own drink Faith responded with she couldn't give me sweet cream rudely so I asked her to remake it She rudely took the drink & gave an attitude There was a line waiting but because both workers were busy on their phones no orders were taken

Terrible customer service the lady overthere Calista , she was in bad mood because he have to to work late or I don't know but started to scream and yelled at me because I said why you charged me a tip when I don't approved or I want to paid by cash , she was so unhappy person and if she don't like her work , she can quit, and she charge the tip in the end . bad bad bad customer service.

The Starbucks is so messy and unorganized. Customer service is absolutely not good at all. Representative were drinking their Starbucks drinks while making coffee for the customer you would think that this is cross-contamination. Anyway, I only went here because we went to the mall but other than that, I would not come back to this area.and to add on top of it they have a bucket of dirty water next to the food. Representative have low energy and I think the biggest part that really bother me is that they were drinking their coffee while making coffee for customer.
