With negative reviews on rude service staff, poor quality food and even Rat Bitten Go-to boxes. Is the owner really going to make a change or waiting to shut doors for good. For my family and me the front desk individual Mr. Nageshwar was extremely rude. The only thing we asked him was the price of the buffet. I am never visiting the location again and I will surely pass the word.

Mr. Nageshwar, the individual at the from desk has no clue how to talk to customers. We were a party of 12 and we visited the place for buffet this Saturday and we left without dinning. He is rude for no reason. I saw him argue with another guest who came in just behind us. This is one of the biggest reasons this restaurant has less traffic. I hope the owner looks into this and makes necessary changes permanently.

A good place to go for brunch buffet (Veg+Non-veg) with friends and family starting at 11am which includes some breakfast menu as well. I will rate the food and taste 5/5 compared to other Indian restaurants offering lunch buffets.Vegetarian options: I liked the dal, dal tadka, palak paneer, paneer butter masala, beans tomato, bindi masala, pakora, sambar, rasam, veg-biryani, curd rice etc.Kid-friendliness: High chairs available for kids and food is not too spicy that kids can eat.Wheelchair accessibility: Amole handicap parking available in the business center.

They gave me a spoiled biryani. I ordered chicken dum biryani and also Vijaywada biryani. First they brought chicken dum biryani, I told them it’s spoiled and they brought second biryani just reheating the biryani. Second biryani also spoiled smells bad. I would never go again very bad experience.

Best place for buffet.Never seen such huge choices of food in any indian buffet ever. Buffet includes goat curry, biryani and many more. Highly recommended to everyone.
Attended one party … not much cleanliness when it comes to glasses for water and then the service was really poor . It was the party event and we booked the hall and not a single server came and picked up the used plates or glasses. It is just the hall booking was flexible and reasonable but remaining food items were not worth the cost. Even the hot naan was not available on the time and if we see the vegetables from North Indian perspective not worth the taste so never going again.
Used to go here years ago. Felt a moment of nostalgia and decided to re visit. Ordered Palak Paneer, butter paneer and chicken curry. Food lost all the quality it once delivered. No longer an amazing place. Sorry to see another historic great restaurant slip into the mines of distress. Very disappointed.

Swagat has good atmosphere with pictures showing welcoming pictures and decor. The food was also very nice, good taste and good/competetive portions. All though the decor can be a little better.
Excellent service. Good tasting food. Buffet is excellent. So much variety of food. Their Dosa is also good. Polite servers. Good parking available.
