I always get a craving for #23. Love it. The noodles are crispy and the flavor hits the spot. I can't comment on any of the other dishes since this is the only one I get, but if you go I can say get the 23.

Dont door dash from this place. I arrived at 12:00 to pick up my order which should have been ready at 11:45. They told me my order wasn't ready yet so I waited for 15 min. When I ask the register for an update, she look confused and check with the kitchen staff. It appeared they havent even started on the order yet. Seriously why even offer doordash if you guys dont even use it?

This is the lowest it will allow for rating but if I had it my way I would not give it any stars at all and warn diners. Lots of stained ceiling tiles, afraid of what's above them. The food was tasteless, the broth should not be used and the noodles looked and tasted old. It took some time for the hot broth to soften up and they werw still sticking together, YIKES...

Our regular noodle place is still operating on COVID hours and was closed, so our craving for soup o this cold day took us to TK Noodle. Tung Kee and TK noodle have the same menu, but apparently different recipes. TK Noodle soup was not as flavorful! We were so disappointed . We had to doctor up our soup to add more flavor. The noodles for the crunchy noodles were burnt! One last thing, please start taking cards for payment.

We have tried padthai and other things are other restaurants and they don’t compare to TK Boodle House. Big portions, bursting with flavor, texture and color. I love the padthai and liliko'i tofu (both with rice or salad), my husband loves liliko’i chicken. Calamari is good too. I’ll try to add of photo of my delicious meal. We eat here very often. Food is good and cheap, but one of the employees was incredibly creepy. He tried asking me where I lived and if I wanted to hang out. I was uncomfortable and tried to dodge his questions but he eventually tried to touch my hair. Needless to say, I was incredibly uncomfortable and I don't see myself coming back here.

This is a tough time for businesses. I get it. And I considered not writing this review so as not to impact their business but I'll do it like this: If you are used to a particular flavor, TK has wavered so often it is hard to trust. Your experience visit to visit may vary. If that is OK to you, carry on but for me, it is as bad as gambling nowadays. As a long time fan of the TK, Tung Kee, Luu Noodle House, (been patronizing the original chain and its various incarnations for over 30 years) whatever they want to call themselves I have tried my best to give them as much leeway as possible with taste because when it's good, it's fantastic. Today, was one of the most disappointing days. Some days are weak flavor, some are too salty, some are too little garlic, etc. All of them have a problem with broth flavor consistency. This time, it tasted like a seafood soup and I can't seem to tell if it is because they've lost their way or if they made an outright mistake. I only order 2 things from them. The Soup #1 or the Beef Chow Fun and they never get the latter wrong. When you get soup to go they part the dry and the broth. The dry was great as always. If the broth was an accident it sure was convincing. Right color, right additions, etc. but taste was completely different. Not wrong as in a variation of what the broth is supposed to be like... but like a whole other broth but I can't say mistake vs. messed up formula or even changed formula. When I got home I poured the bowl and could already smell something was off. My son had made a bowl and I asked him if it tasted different to which he responded that it did. I decided to try as I was fiending for the TK flavor I love. The end result... an edible but highly unsatisfying meal. I couldn't even say it was good. It just wasn't... terrible. Fortunately I only ate half as did my son which means I can still go back tomorrow with 2 larges and make a complaint to exchange or refund and hope it was just a mistake because 3 larges still costs $35 and I shouldn't have to choke through it. But at 16 miles from home, it will be an effort to make this right. We'll see how they respond.UPDATE:I decided not to take it back and finish off the 2nd half to understand my feelings about it. Discovered 2 things: Main thing affecting the flavor was the chili hot sauce. It was either a whole new formula from what they normally have or a completely different sauce. If you eat at TK, you know the hot sauce I am talking about which is the oily Satay type sauce they have in huge volumes at every table. This particular one was shrimpy and impacted the flavor heavily. So I decided to try it without the hot sauce and the flavor was very diluted and low on flavor and character. The meatball in the soup is normally.. a pork? But in this serving it was more like a fishball and had nearly no flavor as well and was a different texture than normal. Smooth and less dense as opposed to the denser meat ball. Again, I stand by the 2 star review, but I do believe that it is a matter of consistency. If you decide to eat here, smell the hot sauce, taste the broth before you drive away.

I love TK noodle so much! The soup was really good but it was a bit blander than usual. I tried this location for the first time last week. My usual is the TK noodle on Brokaw, so this was a nice change eof scenery. I really appreciate that the rice noodle for my number 6 was connected, rather than broken up like it usually was. The vermicelli noodles were also bomb as usual. The chicken pieces were a bit dry though and the bowl was too small. Really filling meal for a good price.

I used to come here a lot 3 yrs ago when I visit my papa in the area. I am glad that everything is still pretty much the same. I always get number 12. So good , not salty but flavorful. The amount of food is still the same.

You've gotta not lie and just say no bathroom any longer due to Covid. To say it's out of order just makes you look bad. Good luck.

Its a shame to see the empty resturant during Covid, but their food is still just as good!

This has been my go to spot for years! I think since I was 10? Also the owner is my dad's best friend. The whole family is just super close and this was the spot I always took my grandma before she passed. So ... a lot of good memories and connections here. I'm not going to be bias but if you want good portions, quality food for a cheap price... come here! They are open for take out during the pandemic! My go to ALWAYs include Banh bot chien (flour cake taro w/ egg) and the soup with just plain meat balls. My dad always orders that crispy birds nest. Seriously, anywhere else can just kiss my butt. It just sucks because sometimes I get tired of eating here, but those three items are legit.

One word FLAVORLESS. Yelp is making me write more. So I'll add SLOW & DISORGANIZED. No line management during a pandemic. The restaurant is large enough to make lines for ordering and an area for waiting.
