My nephew wants the Orio milkshake as per the displayed pictures, unfortunately after they delivered it to us they said no whipecream will be added as like the picture. So it will not exactly like pictures. I will recommend them to remove the pic if they don't serve the same. It will confuse customers. Service I did not like. Atmosphere was good.

The strawberry cow drink is amazing! The matcha taste was pretty good and the strawberry foam on top wasn't too overpowering. I got 50% sweetness and it was still very sweet. The interior is decorated well and there's lots of seating. The workers were nice and quick to make the drinks. You can tell they care about customer service even if you order through the kiosk. I'll be returning here for the strawberry cow :)

Located in a busy area right on the front facing path of the Seafood City plaza in Milpitas, TeaZenTea. There is also another boba place inside the plaza itself once you head into the Seafood City area, but that one is more the Filipino style, while this one is more of the Chinese style between the two, so just in case you wanted one style over the other. One thing that TeaZenTea has going for it is its ambiance. It's quite nice inside, from the sitting areas, to the overall aesthetics of the place. Very clean, and just has a chill and laid back atmosphere. The menu here is not large, but does have most of the basics that you would want out of a boba place. You would just order from the kiosk directly and they will make your drink afterwards.Pricing wise, it is a bit pricey, especially when you consider the other boba place inside is considerably cheaper, though, they're not really a boba place necessarily and more of a drinks place, so that does make a difference. Even for boba though, it's kind of expensive here comparatively. However, the biggest downside here is that the drinks are just not good, at least not what I got today. Usually the main thing to try is their "signature" drink, and I tried it out with their TeaZen specialty milk tea. The only thing that was special about it was the pre-madeness of the drink, and how the drink came out in an instant, which I already knew was a bad sign when it comes to milk tea, but hey, I still had my hopes that it wouldn't be bad.But TeaZenTea did not disappoint, and it was as watered down, not flavored as one could have imagined. I asked for the lowest level of ice, and it was still so much ice it was ridiculous, though it may have been a benefit to me that I got to drink less of it in the end.Without adding boba, this was already well over $6 for the drink, so adding it all together would have been even more for just a standard sized cup.Maybe I'll try them out again next time, but this experience this time around was just...not up to expectations, or good at all. And for the price, even more disappointed.

The inside of the store was pretty nice. The furniture is pretty cute as well as the decoration. The drinks itself was meh. I had gotten the avocado smoothie with lychee jelly. Didn't take taste anything like avocado but was sweet and tasted more like the lychee jelly than anything. Not a lot of places use actual avocado. This place def had an artificial taste with artificial coloring. My son wasn't a fan of his drink. Unfortunately, we couldn't remember the name of the drink. Might be the Black Milk Tea. We may give this place another shot, but most likely not.

There's another newcomer in town is TenZen Tea just opened nearly two years ago and one of many boba shops doing brisk business in this tightly knit Asian plaza. Quite surprised they're opened on a holiday and I was greeted by the young lady as I placed my order payable by debit/credit card an easy method of payment. Prices are very reasonable order one large size Thai tea regular ice no toppings and less sugar don't want it too sweet. Overall service excellent cozy indoor dining very spacious and clean would definitely come back for sure. On the plus side they do have outdoor seating avoid coming out here in the afternoon parking is horrendous but on the bright side they're open till 11 in the evening whereas most business are closed.

50% sugar was still too sweet for brown sugar boba. The 0% sugar option is pretty good with the green milk tea, but not enough boba! Overall decent boba place but not

Glad there's another boba place in this plaza. I think this spot used to be a Malaysian coffee shop (Kopitam?) and it wasn't very popular. There was also a boba shop inside Seafood City (Bubble Street?) but they ended up closing during the Pandemic and never reopened. But I'm glad they have another boba shop in the plaza, and it seems like they're doing very well!Luckily there's a lot of parking since it's in the same plaza as Seafood City and some restaurants. It does get a little scary in the parking lot at night, but it's not too bad since the shop is well-lit and there's usually 1 or 2 other places still open late at night. The service is a little slow here. We've ordered 2 different ways: In-person and Online and the drinks still take long. I feel like they might need to hire more people. The times we have gone there had only 2 people making drinks (3 at most). The first couple of times we've been there, we waited 20 minutes for our drinks. There was another time when we ordered online, it said it would be ready in 10 minutes, but we ended up waiting 20 minutes. 20 minutes for 2 drinks is a little long in my opinion. To be honest, I really wanted to try some of the snacks they had, but if I already have to wait 20 minutes for drinks, who knows how much longer I would have to wait if I wanted food too. So unfortunately I feel like that may cause them to lose business. The inside is decorated very cute and they have a lot of colored LEDs and lots of seating! The only thing is that it's really, REALLY hot inside! And it's hot all the time (even in the winter). I'm not sure if they just don't have A/C but they do have a small industrial fan on sometimes. In the summer, it gets pretty stuffy inside so we usually just wait outside for our drinks and wait for a text to let us know our drinks are ready. We've been here plenty of times and we'll continue to come back! Hopefully one of these days I'll have the time to try more of their snacks!

Perfection, ABSOLUTE PERFECTION! The golden tofu was exactly what I wanted: soft inside, crispy outside with light flavor. Impossible fries were so good we ate them all in one sitting. I got the mango summer with popping boba (50% sweet), very refreshing and flavorful! The staff was super nice and attentive, we had a blast. I'm so glad we just dropped by for some boba, found our new favorite spot!Parking: Located in a shopping center with plenty of parkingWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible table seating, and handicap parking right in front of the shop.
