This location is somewhat hidden near the Milpitas Bart station surrounded by warehouses and trucks. When you find it the sign above it says 'Kitchen' not Tita's Cantina. Me and my girlfriend ordered online and picked it up. I got the Titas Burrito- which had lumpia in it, she had the Little Kamayan box. When we opened the box I was happy to see the large portions they gave and the presentation of the food. We also ordered a last minute fried Bangus Fish bowl for my Mom, we didn't have to wait long for the dish to be ready. The Mexican-Filipino fusion cuisine was good, I definitely recommend it. I've only been to one other type in SF but I think this place is better.

Tita's Cantina was great while it was opened in the past. By the time I got to posting my review of this place, it looked like Tita's Cantina closed down. We came here on 1/29/21 to pick up our order of chicken adobo and grilled pork belly burritos. It was not your typical burrito because of the size as well as the food inside. The grilled pork belly burrito was delicious and the lumpia in the middle was nice. The chicken adobo was also delicious and definitely could have ordered more than one as we were still a little hungry. Great food here!

Sad to find out this place is closed. I was hoping to come back here to order some food. I had the opportunity to try this place out back in April and the food was DELICIOUS! This place offers a fusion of Filipino and Mexican food. It also hidden as well but we didn't have trouble finding this place. We decided to order a few items from this place. My boyfriend went for the Tita's burrito. The burrito comes with your choice of protein. My boyfriend chose chicken adobo. It also comes with lumpia, banana ketchup rice, spicy mayo and pico de gallo. I was not able to make up my mind on what I wanted because everything sounded so good. So I decided to order the Little Kamayan Box. This little box came with lots of food. Like a lot for 2 people to share but it seems like it could be for 4 can share this. For the protein, I decided to get the fried boneless bangus fish, adobo chicken and spicy longanisa. The box also comes with adobo rice, garlic rice, 2 sunny sideup eggs, 6 mini lumpias , salted eggs & tomatoes, cucumbers and pickled red onion. Everything was nicely packaged in a pizza box with a banana leaf. We also ordered the fried boneless bangus fish bowl for my boyfriend's mom. This dish is served with your choice of rice, fresh tomatoes, sunnyside egg, fried garlic bits and pickled red onions. Overall, they serve up some really good food. Sad to know that they moved. Hope someday they will open up another place in the Bay Area.

YUM. This place rules!!!! Filipino comfort food. The fries are nice and crisp, the ube pancake is SO good, and the banana ketchup rice is delish. Also for the vegetarians/vegans: the eggplant is BOMB. It's actually not just mush, it's genuinely tasty af. The lady who runs this place is super sweet and comped us a free meal bc there were some issues with our order. We will be ordering again soon!

Was excited to try this place out because of the interesting options! I ordered on their website for pickup and got the tocino bowl and chicken adobo fries. The bowl was was pretty good! Garlic rice was yummy and meat was flavorful. It looked like a decent amount of meat at first but most of the pieces were super fatty which was disappointing. The fries came with a really big portion, like it was physically heavy lol. It was yummy at first but it quickly got super salty for me. I also wish the fries were fried just a bit longer so it could hold up better with all the sauces on it. They also gave us an ube flan dessert which was super nice of them, it was really good and easily the highlight of the meal. Also- If you follow the instructions they send in the confirmation email, it isn't hard to find! :-)

I feel ripped off from this place. Ordered the DIY Kamayan Box and when I got the food, it's only enough for two people. Better off order 2 to 4 separate plates and getting about the same amount of food for a lot less than $65 bucks after taxes. I will not recommend the this place.

It's nice to find a local eatery that offers a fusion of Filipino and Mexican food, especially filipino breakfast items like longanisa and tocino. I love the sweet sausage flavors of these classic filipino dishes. I ordered the chicken adobo manila burrito and spicy longanisa rice bowl on my visit, and both were more than satisfactory. The longanisa wasn't too spicy and had the perfect char, accompanied by lightly seasoned garlic rice and fresh tomatoes, onions, and cucumbers. And the fried egg sprinkled with crispy bits of garlic to top it all off... I definitely got my fix of filipino "breakfast"!! The manila burrito was generously stuffed with scrambled eggs, juicy bits of adobo chicken, and chunks of fried lumpia. It was filling, but not too heavy. Only problem, they forgot to include the pico de gallo (or there wasn't enough that could be tasted). Still good though. Service was great. Ordered online, was quoted 30 minutes on a Sunday afternoon, but it was ready in 20 minutes, great communication via text. Instructions to find the place was clear on the website (look for blue on the building). But it would still be more helpful for them to have better signage (for the different businesses that use this kitchen, specifically Tita's). The workers were friendly and prompt with the service, and everything was packed neatly and ready to go, with vinegar and other sauces on the side. Tita's Cantina deserves at least 4 and 1/2 stars overall.

My eyes lit up when I read Mexican/Filipino fusion. Overall super delicious place and I think Tita's Cantina is gonna give Señor Sisig a run for their money! The food smelled dank during the car ride home and couldn't wait to dive in. 1) Tita's Burrito (tocino + longanisa) -- This was good! The meats were nice and sweet and just wish there was a tad bit more. 2) Tia's Fries (grilled pork belly) -- This is my type of comfort food! Visually appetizing and very delicious! The lumpias are stuffed with a good amount of filling with flavor you can taste (which is something I tend to be picky about). I loved the pickled onions on the side because the acid helps balance out all the creamy and savory toppings. 3) Tita's Quesadilla (chicken adobo) -- I think this item executed the Mexican/Filipino fusion the best. Good amount of chicken meat and juice, and the flavor definitely reminded me of adobo. If I were to conclude my evaluation of the food, I highly recommend the chicken adobo as a choice of protein and highly recommend Tia's Fries as the must dish you must try. The only minor issue I had was with the add-ons for my order: I requested garlic vinegar on the side for the burrito and fries and requested spicy mayo for the quesadilla, but I ended up not receiving any of those condiments :( --my only reason for docking a star

"I've just been ghosted." Tita's Cantina is a hidden ghost kitchen tucked away in an industrial area, but it is worth searching for. This Filipino/Mexican hole in the wall has got some great dishes. The Manila burrito has your choice of meat along with lumpia and tater tots inside, among other things. This was definitely a two meal burrito for me. The rice bowls were also very good, the spicy longinisa is my favorite. Sweet and spicy sausage with a sunny side egg on your choice of rice. It's comfort food. Also, consider ordering some Tita or filipina fries for sharing.

Tita cantina replaces Hapa Musubi, while not the same still equally amazing! The Filipino Mexican concept brings delicious unique options. From lumpias in your burritos to your fries, you can't really go wrong. Ordered ahead online on their website. Food was ready within 15 minutes! Tried the Manila burrito with adobo chicken and tita's fries with pork belly. Their burrito reminds me of a breakfast burrito because of the tater tots and eggs - it would've been nice if I could add cheese to this though. The adobo chicken was flavorful and lumpias were a nice addition although it got soggy really fast in the burrito. The spicy mayo provided a small hint of heat but was more on the sweeter side. Their fries are loaded with toppings and fries. The box was packed with fries, cheese, pork belly, lumpia, jalapeños, onions, and sauce. This was definitely my favorite of the 2 thing I ordered. Will have to come back and try their other meats like the longanisa and tocino!

I will miss Hapa Musubi but am excited about the addition of Tita's Cantina to the neighborhood! Operating out of a small kitchen, Tita's Cantina is offering up some Mexican/Filipino fusion that is indeed scrumptious. Let's start with the best item, the Manila Burrito. You get to pick your choice of meat, which I chose the longanisa and tocino (extra charge) but other options include pork belly and chicken adobo. This thing is stuffed and is a heavy, hearty burrito. This is breakfast burrito on another level. It comes with all the goods like tater tots, eggs, cheese... and then bam, lumpia! Yes, those small little eggrolls of goodness - it's just so good. I tried Tia's Fries and those were also good. They do not skimp here and you will get loaded fries. Think carne asada fries but with it's own sweet little twist. The pickled jalepenos were a nice touch of sour to all the savory that was going on. So much sauce, so many toppings, share this with your friends. The quesadilla was also a hefty work of art. I got it with the chicken adobo and found it to be a bit on the sweeter side. I thought this was good, although I didn't love it as much as I loved the burrito. If you're looking for a hefty portion, this thing still packs quite a bit of weight. They sell lumpia as a side if you want those little crispy bites of perfection! Overall, they're serving up some good food and I wish Tita's the best. I'll be back for more of those burritos, man were those good!

I'm glad that Yelp recommended this place to me! I don't think I've ever gotten food from a ghost kitchen before, and it wasn't a bad experience at all! When we came to pick up, the staff seemed a little confused. Although the food was prepared quickly and everything in our order was accounted for, they must have been a little frazzled with the rest of the orders of the night. My pink tacos were adorable and the meat was good, but the tortillas were too soggy for my taste. My boyfriend got the Longanisa bowl, and he stated that it was tasty and reminded him of Tselogs. We appreciated the sauces and vinegar that came with the order. I would recommend cutting back on the napkins and throwing in another sauce packet. I hope this place sticks around longer. There's not enough Filipino food in Milpitas. Let alone, Filipino-Mexican. Worth a try!

Tried the pink tacos and lumpia from Tita's Cantina and it was amazing! I got pork belly as my taco protein & it was flavorful and juicy. Tacos come with pickled onions and some type of vinegar & chili sauce that compliments the tacos perfectly. The lumpia was crunchy and delicious as well! They've definitely got the aesthetics down for modern filipino food takeout and i cant wait to try more of their menu! Tita's Cantina is a ghost kitchen so the pick up location was a bit odd, for the future they could put up some big signs indicating where to pick up. Luckily, l I found it pretty quickly & the pick up process was smooth.

While we were quite sad to see Hapa Musubi go, some of that sorrow was washed away when we bit into our first taco from Tita's. So much flavor! We had ordered the valentine's special, which was very generously portioned. We also got a cheese quesadilla for our little one, which is usually our placeholder item when she is undecided. But when we tried it, we actually ended up eating most of it as it was just so so good. Definitely one of the best quesadillas I've had. We also got the fried lumpias, which were pretty good, though didn't quite blow us away as much as the rest of the food did. No doubt we'll be ordering more from this place soon. If only we could get both this and Hapa... we can dream.

Crispy tater tots, savory lumpia, spicy jalapeños, sweet chicken adobo...Tita's Cantina is where you go when you want a little bit of everything! Love the mix of Filipino & Mexican cuisines and the innovative, hipster vibe. Pink Tacos with chicken adobo & the Manila Burrito with beef tapa were really good, but I especially liked how the bits of sweet tocino & spicy longanisa made Tia's Nachos so tasty. The fries came out a bit soft for my liking, so definitely requesting them well-done next round. There's little lighting in the lot, so the kitchen is hard to find at night. After going past it the first time, the driveway just after a yellow fire hydrant and right before a tall electrical tower became my point of reference.
