I love UME, but this location is always SO crowded. People wait inside which makes it extremely cramped and unenjoyable to be around. I do wait outside most of the time, but it's even hard to navigate outside due to the weird layout of the line.. I also wish this location had the Osmanthus Oolong milk tea :( They have it in the LA location which made me love UME even more! Please add the Osmanthus Oolong milk tea here!

I absolutely love their signature milk tea! Their boba is sweet and warm and chewy - definitely the best boba I've had! I did order the snack+boba option for only $15 but I must say, their popcorn chicken was too salty. I was not able to eat it after a couple bites.

Always great visiting here. I order beforehand so that when I arrive at the store, my drink is ready to be picked up.

This spot has been on my hit list for quite a while mainly because of the surprise gift you can get. I stopped by Sunday afternoon and they had quite a few customers. The tea was tasty and well balanced. The boba was great as well, chewy and sweet. Honestly a little pricey for getting the surprise gift but a cute little memorabilia. I would totally come back again.

We stopped by here on Saturday afternoon to try out their boba. The outside and inside of the store looks cute with the pink color and designs. Once you step inside you would order on a iPad and you will get a text message once your order is ready. There isn't any employee to serve you in the front. We ordered the UME House Milk Tea with Boba and it was nothing special, and the taste of the tea wasn't very strong. I ordered the normal size and wanted to update to the larger size, so I immediately asked the staff in the front counter to change the order but they said no immediate and it was very surprised. I probably won't come to this location anymore.

I finally got the chance to try Ume Tea. It was the block over from Koi Palace where I was lunching. It's located at the left side of the shopping center by the corner. It's a small tea place. When you walk in, the kiosk is in front of you. There is only one kiosk so the line was growing. They have a QVR code on the door and on the tv menu. Fortunately, the guy finished up and we made our order. I ordered the brown sugar boba & mochi black milk tea which I liked a lot. My friend ordered the mega fruit family green tea. He said it was fine but too much fruits in the drink. The aesthetics were great too look at. Cute theme. But it wasn't pleasing to men's taste. My friend didn't even want the pink straw. It was the longest one they had that was suitable for his tall drink but he passed on it :D

We came here on a Friday night for dessert and there was some wait but despite the crowd, the boba came out relatively quickly. There's limited seating available and it's more like a takeout place, rather than cafe-style. I ordered The Brown Sugar Boba Oolong Milk Tea Boba 1,1.5 in the Bunny Surprise cup add-on which was an extra $3.50 and come with a plushie in the cup. The drink and the duck plushie I got were so cute and the store decor was also very cute! The drink was okay overall and didn't feel like it was anything too mind-blowing. I adjusted the sugar level to 30% but it still felt a bit too sugary. The boba was chewy and pretty good. Overall, the ambiance was very cute, while the boba was not very unique it was still a good experience and not bad.

A convenient little outpost of the Ume Tea chain in a milpitas square. While well setup with a Kiosk, QR code online ordering system, and clean/clear/cute decor (the pink rabbit is a rather nice aesthetic for those so inclined). Only real detriment is that they tend to be rather swamped/chaotic most peak hours so orders might take a while to come out (ours took 30min on a casual Wed evening). Staff were pleasant despite the chaos that comes with post-dinner so just try to have a bit of patience given the timing of your order. At least there's no need to stick around inside, but don't expect more than a few outside tables worth of seating. Most recently nabbed their Grapefruit Sago dessert drink which was a little on the thick side, but rather nicely balanced at 50% without too much sugar (Chinese palette). Drink cups had a nice opaque pink frosting and felt surprisingly durable (seal and cup plastic). Some of their drinks are a bit hit or miss though as my friend's Red-bean Mochi drink discovered; they have a fun "surprise" option but it appears to just pick what someone recently ordered so that was what my wierdo brother wanted. At least my brother liked it??

Visited Ume when it first opened here years ago, and finally went back last night to find the shop is ALOT smaller now. Very cute inside though, they sell merch and now popcorn chicken! The service is quick as lines form, and the drinks are still really good!

Ume tea is always my favorite boba near South Bay. This location has the same great taste drink and their staff is very friendly. I visited on my birthday and they offered me a free drink. Totally unexpected and it tasted great. Recommend.

I have always been the fan of Ume Tea and going to this location in Milpitas just solidifies why I love this tea shop. I couldn't find my normal drink on the ordering tablet, so the cashier helped me find it. He was incredibly friendly and nice and wasn't hesitant at all to help. He actually apologized many times and I absolutely loved it. I was trying to find the mango pomelo sago but could not find it on the menu. It's literally all the way at the bottom in another category haha. But yes, the shop is small and cute and it's pretty much order in and take out. I wish there was some seating inside but it's such a small shop, so I understand. Hopefully, there will be other locations that have seating in the future. I've gone to the locations in Cupertino and Fremont and consistency, quality and service has always been top notch. Oh yes, and the drinks are refreshing, a perfect balance of sweetness and get yourself the mango pomelo sago because that drink is so good!

The baristas are very fast at making the drinks that we ordered. The environment is very welcoming. I would definitely come again.
