Nov 2023 update:I've been to other locations of this hot pot chain many times and had enjoyable experiences, but my first visit to this particular branch left me extremely disappointed.The food was overly salty to the point where I couldn't even finish it, and the utensils provided on the table were dirty.What concerned me even more was witnessing the waitstaff playing with our food before serving it.Additionally, the waiters were quite rude, constantly cutting in front of us while we were waiting to weigh our food and pay.It's unfortunate that the promotion turned out to be a scam, as we never received any promised complementary sides or dessert during our visit. This experience was far from the standard I've come to expect from this chain, sad?—————————Stopped by this dry hot pot place today!Looks clean and popular:) Also they have promotion going on!

My friend and I were very glad when having the malatang there but our stomach were upset greatly afterwards… for >1h. I would question the food sanitary condition since it’s not spicy at all.
