We went to the Mira Lima location but the clerk was not wearing a face mask so we left. We went there on June 28. The face mask is required in California“

“The baked goods were all amazing! The strawberry cake was soooo good. The reason we did 4 stars is because the coffee was way too sweet. We had ordered a couple of white mochas and honestly drank about half and threw away because they were wayyyyyy too sweet. Cut the sweetness in half and this will be a 5“

“I’ve known about this bakery for a little while and we finally made our way to it. This place exceeded our expectations with their quality. The first time we went, we bought champurrado, conchitas, and cookies. The fluffy conchitas are the best I’ve had around here. They’re not dry or crumbly. The cookies were tasty and pair up perfectly with the amazing champurrado. The second time, we bought pork, chicken, and rajas tamales. The tamale size is huge and the quality of the maza is superb. Fluffy maza and generous amount of protein inside. They’ve gained a loyal customer.“

“I needed a photo cake for my father's celebration of life reception in Riverside. Unfortunately I live quite far away from the area so I tried to research a few places online. I almost opted to purchase from a grocery store but most did not accept photos online or via email and again, I don't live in the area to drop off a photo. I found Lindmair Bakery on Yelp and decided to take a chance. I emailed them about my request and Dennis was very responsive. I called him to follow up on my cake requests and he immediately knew which order I was. I was surprised that I didn't need to send over a deposit. I let him know a friend was going to pick up the cake that day and it wasn't a problem. The cake was beautiful and tasted delicious. I'm almost sad that this bakery isn't near me because I would have used them for future events, e.g. birthdays, retirements, going aways. If you ever need a cake in the Riverside area, this is the one!“

“I love Whoops macaroons! I’ve had Mac’s from other places and they are dry and flavorless… at whoops your going to get fresh, flavorful quality macaroons! The owner Mary usually works and she is super sweet, kind and professional. I always get macaroons for family gatherings and gifts and I even call ahead to ask what they have and Mary usually helps me pick a variety of flavors for my people. Highly recommend this place. “Went there for breakfast on Saturday early (8:30) to beat the rush. Only waited 20 minutes. Had belly to belly, creme brulee french toast. avocado toast, and two orders of the berry cloud pancakes. For drinks we had classic coffee, Pandan latte, Spanish latte, and Cookie? latte. Both drinks and food were great. Only complaint is that we order the 2nd pancake a few minutes late and it didn't arrive till most of us were finished. Be warned .. get your orders in for the cloud pancakes early. It will take 20-30 minutes to arrive.“

How it is I've been living in Upland for over 2 years and just now made it to Old Town Baking Company?! Husband and I were craving sandwiches last weekend. Jersey Mikes is somehow gotten so expensive, so we thought if we're going to spend money we would rather support a local business. Their sandwiches are super custom. When you walk in you fill out a sheet of the bread, veggies, meat and cheese you want and hand it to the cashier when you pay. $11.95 for the sandwich plus your choice of chips. They also offer canned soda, a coffee area, milk, juice, etc. I love that this is a legit bakery too and they sell all kinds of sourdough breads. We got their rosemary garlic sourdough bread and some soda bread, $6 each. Sandwiches were delish! I got the French roll with turkey and veggies and husband got sourdough bread with tuna. Only thing is I wish I asked for more mayo and maybe if they have a toasted option. They also serve breakfast sandwiches, so definitely want to come back and try that.“

I'm a home baker, and I've had most people's lifetimes worth of cake and I can honestly say that Cucamonga Cakery's is one of the best I've ever had. Their cakes are so moist and flavorful, their buttercream is incredible (if you love the sweet kind- which I do) and we loved their design as well- it was exactly what we wanted. We had the snickerdoodle cake with cinnamon cream cheese frosting, funfetti cake with raspberry buttercream, and banana cake with chocolate fudge frosting and all three were amazing and very loved by our guests.“

However, the only complaint I have is with the iced coffee's they serve. I get iced coffee's often from a variety of places, but for this coffe they add a little bit to much sugar. Like I was so surprised when I drank it yet its bearable so I still get it (not often though so it could have changed)So that's all I have to say for the meals. “Well what can I say I am a donut fanatic and love a good fresh donut anytime of day . If your in California you must come visit riverside and have a donut from bakers dozen donuts! They are open for enjoyment 24 hours a day with all day fresh donuts . My fave donut is the maple bacon!!!! “Pretty good cake place. Walked in last minute to get my husband a cake and glad we picked this place. Took my mom and she wasn't really sure about the place at first because she hadn't been here before and she's picky but after she tasted the cake she was completely sold. The cake tasted so good, it was moist, had lots of flavor. Customer service was great, super friendly, clean place. My dad even had a slice and he hates cakes, but he ate it all. If your looking for taste and presentation this is the place. Paid $60 for this cake but it was delicious! Top layer was tres leches 2nd layer chocolate 3rd layer flan 4th layer cheese cake! I almost or reviewing the market because I don’t have a lot to compare it to.I will pay anything for a delicious baked good and I will drive a good distance for it too. So I know my way around French or French inspired bakeries.Had the lobster tail pastry, the viral cookie croissant, and a dulce de leche cheesecake.The puff pastry for the croissants was flaky (good) but too crispy. Not the type that melts in your mouth. You even hace to be a little careful when eating the lobster tail because the outside pastry is pretty hard. The cream inside was delicious and I believe the inside was choux dough (like the kind for eclairs). That was pretty good. Would not by that again.Wanted to try out the cookie croissant because I love cookies and croissants but the combination was not to my taste. That is not the fault of the bakery though. It’s a fad that went viral and they do it pretty well. I think it kills the best features of a good cookie and of a good croissant.The highlight was the dulce de leche cheesecake. The flavor was deep, the texture rich and creamy. I’m assuming that all of their cheesecakes are probably this delicious.Service is excellent and attentive. They answered their phone and let us know they were open for the day with limited hours for the holiday but I'm glad they were open and that we got our bolillos fresh. Service was great. “I've eaten at a Marie calendar's in LA years ago, over 15 years. This year I received my birthday coupon. I usually go to steak houses to celebrate all week long lol. But this year i decided to use most of my freebies that places give. We thought it was going to be packed on a Saturday night. But it was pretty empty. We sat there for about 10-15 min with no one coming to our table to ask for our drinks. I told my husband I'm about to leave this is horrible it's almost empty in here. He said let's give them a chance. So by the time our waitress got there we had our full order ready with drinks and appetizers. So once everything started coming out everything was good and fresh. I ordered a steak and shrimp and hubby had chicken and broccoli. I asked my husband if it was better than Olive Garden. OMG HE SAID YES. ... WAIT WHAT!!!!! HE LOVESSSSSS Olive Garden. Sooo that was a major plus. My meal was very tasteful. They only lost a star for the wait and the cornbread tasted like vanilla cake. We've picked up cornbread in the past cuz the hubby loves it. But for some reason that day it tasted like a vanilla cake that I make it was good, just not cornbread. We will definitely be back.“
