Just on double quarter to go they took the order and took my payment in 24sec I waited 8min for a cold burger the chess was not even melted the steak 2 soles 2 pieces of onion 2 pickles flate bread no cooking juice and without service there is no sauce I don't even dare to take a photo of it I put the past in the oven I gave 2 stars for the atmosphere just for the room and the entrance of the clean kitchen lousy they have an incalculable number and it stirs the air wake up guys motivation focus

Usually, when I have eaten here awhile back, the food was okay but just recently I eat at this McDonalds my stomach started making noise’s, I really believe the late night cooks are not preparing the food properly or being cleanest on keeping there hands clean without wearing gloves, I just know, if my stomach feels bloated and making noises, then that’s usually the issue.

It our tradition that we go to McDonald’s or another place every Sunday after mass. Since the new renovation of this McDonald’s in Mission Hills California 91345 and we have been served by a certain young waiter a couple of times his name is Isiah .His customer service is so Outstanding he’s an awesome young man. I see him taking care of other customers with such patience especially with the digital ordering .It’s such a delight to come to this McDonald’s when Isiah is around

It is a very nice and clean place, the people who work there are friendly, they help you if you have any questions and they pick up the trash from the table if you have already eaten... which surprised me because there is nowhere that I have been in the McDonald's has done it...and it has a play area for the children. I really liked it...very good service ??

I ordered my food thru the app. 2 burgers fries and drink. I waited over 30mins. First round my burgers were soaked in grease. The buns were wet! The fries had no salt at all. And they didnt even fill my drink up all the way! So i complained. Waited another 15mins. The pics ive attached are from round 2. The food got even worse. Covered in grease AND mustard this time. Seriously? The manager, i think, looked exhausted and stressed. They just opened this location after rebuilding it. Food takes forever. The seating inside is horrible. They actually made the place worse. Less seating inside. I cant believe how awful this place is from top to bottom. Mcdonalds u should be ashamed. Dont go here unless u want awful food amd wanna wait over 40mins. Never again.U R GROSS

Horrible experience dining in after the remodel. Received food without utensils or napkins and there's no station to get anything yourself so you have to flag someone who is already running around busy helping others. Breakfast was cold by the time I got the basic utensils and napkins. Also I forgot to order coffee with my breakfast, and I was told to order it from the electronic kiosk. This new service format DOES NOT improve the customer experience and needs to be reworked if the purpose is customer service.
