I've been to this Mission Hills location for dine in and also got an order for delivery, both experiences have been very pleasant. Dine In on a Sunday noon was not too busy and the food came out quickly for all our party of 7, service was good and the place looked clean, the Ramen was delicious and loved the pork belly that came with it! I gave them 4 stars not for the food or the customer service, but for the fact that I wanted different noodles with my ramen and was told that they aren't allowed to make substitutions so I had to pick a different ramen than what I really wanted to try just to get the noodles I wanted. As a result, I had to spend extra money on the sides that would have been included in the ramen that I originally wanted to order. That made no sense to me. This is by far *the* best location. The ambiance, the service and obviously the delicious food. It is a bit out of the path for us but we sure make it a point to drive all the way out here when we are craving comfort ramen.
