Very disappointing! I heard a lot of good things about this place but it was not very good. My wife and I got there at 7:15pm and we were greeted by the lady cleaning the table. Meanwhile the manager was at the register just looking at us, she didn't even greet us. We take a minute or two to look at their menu and I start to order, I place my order and she tells me they don't have any rice. Obviously, rice is key for this type of food. I ask if they are closing she said yes at 7:30pm. I place my order and it appeared as if they already had everything cleaned up. I had the bbq short ribs and the chicken katsu. I asked for fries since they had no rice. The meat was good and so were the fries but the Mac salad was some combination or Mac salad and potato salad, it was not good! The cole slaw side was very dry as well. The lady basically forced us to eat outside since they were closing, apparently they don't let people eat in the after 7:30. This was my first and last experience there as I will never go back. Why do you have a sign saying you close at 7:30 but are rushing people at 7:15 and have the place already cleaned up. Not very good customer service and a bad first experience.

Super disappointed in the food. I was really craving hawaiin bbq and seen this was close to my daughters day care so I stopped for lunch. First off the mac salad has no flavor and mixed with potatoes lol DO NOT COMPARE TO ORIGINAL MAC SALAD because again you will be disappointed. We ordered mixed bbq plate and the ribs weren't too bad but the grilled chicken sandwich was not it. So please go somewhere else for authentic hawaiin food. Save your self some time

Surprisingly good! I got the Chicken Katsu which was the best I have had in a while, it was very crispy and the chicken was not dry. I also got an additional order of a small macaroni salad which was very good. I also found the price to be reasonable for the amount of food you get. I'll be returning and would recommend anyone trying this place.

Decent ramen! They were able to sub the chicken for tofu, which was nice. Various spice levels. Mac salad had potato in it, which didn't feel super authentic to local Hawaiian food.

The bbq beef short ribs has great flavor, and the rice is tasty!My daughter's chicken nuggets came out on a Mickey Mouse plate, she was super happy.Service was prompt and courteous. We will be back!

We've been coming here for years. Food is great. We love eating family style with a platter and a few other small dishes. Prices are very reasonable. Service wise, you feel like a guest and are well taken care of. They even give our little ones balloons, animal face kid plates and kid friendly utensils. We love the island music and Hawaiian themed decorations. We made sure to come here often during the pandemic to support them.
