Sama is the best worker here! She's always so nice and has the best customer service. I like to try different flavors and she always has the best suggestions. The boba shop is located in the middle of the food court. I feel it's the most busy usually, everyone always wants boba. They do seem to get hectic at times so be patient with them. I am shocked reading these reviews. I tried their version of a brown sugar milk tea and it wasn't overly sweet which is great. The boba was perfect not overly chewy. The boba was so fresh. I also love the size options here. I'd definitely recommend getting the brown sugar boba add on as well it's really good
