Let me start off with saying that the staff there were super friendly and very helpful! I could tell they were either understaffed or overwhelmed though. The food was good, definitely could tell the good quality of a grass fed burger patty on the beef and the options you could add on there are endless. Five stars for food, three stars for service. I had been to Burger Boss years ago in Tustin, but hadn't visited this location before. My boyfriend and I visited on Sunday night. Service was slow even though we were the only customers waiting on an order. The staff member that took our order was nice, but seemed on the newer side - he didn't really have a lot of recommendations or descriptions, and he seemed to be having trouble inputting our orders. Good place to grab a burger. I was a little overwhelmed with all of the options on the menu at first, but the cashier was helpful and helped to guide me.
