Great food, great service, but deceptive numbers on the checkout device. Our total was displayed with the default 20% gratuity highlighted, when in actuality it added >50% tip.I’m certain countless patrons have unknowingly over tipped for their meal in a rush to leave. This is malicious activity.

I had a terrible experience at curbside. I got there early to pick up food for my boys. (They were at home after just playing soccer in the rain.) I wanted to make sure I was there right away so I could get them hot food. I waited for 35 minutes with no one else picking up food at all. I finally called and asked about my order. The young kid laughed and said he didn’t see the order ready pop up on his screen. I watched him goofing off the entire time I was there. I told him I didn't want the food if it had been sitting there for 45 minutes. He said Very rudely that the cooks could remake it but I would have to wait. I waited this long, I wanted hot food for my boys. He brought the food out maybe 10 minute later without and apology of anything. I made my daughter check if it was hot and she said yes. Unfortunately when we got home it was BURNT to a crisp and my kids couldn’t even eat the food. Waste of my money and my time. I will not be returning and warning people to stay away. Hank was the rude kid who completely messed up our order.

A waiter possibly supposedly Patrick (based on the receipt he gave me) STOLE from me at this location. I paid for 2 drinks twice on the kiosk and he said he returned the two drinks but NEVER actually did. I had to call a week later asking for a refund again with the staff telling me they don’t have record of it. What kind of sketchy ppl are handling credit cards here?! The staff just assured me they sent a return to the accounting department and they will decide if I can get one. Decide? I was with my mother who heard Patrick tell me it was his fault he charged me twice and he refunded it. The charges are on my bank app and I didn’t get a receipt because I paid on the kiosk. Wow. Thats predatory and gross. So sad for a nice location like Mission Viejo.

3 tables and 2 waitresses .... And service sucked, they were more interested in chit chatting with each other.Food: It took 1/2 an hour to get our food. Sliders were way over salted, burger and chicken strips were fine. Loved the mozzarella sticks.We don't live in the area; "Our" Chili's at home feels well run and makes us feel welcomed and taken care of even though they are always busy. It's this location that doesn't seem to care about their business.Where is management ?

My husband and I love Chili's. The manager here was phenomenal and extremely friendly! The waitress we had was very sweet! Awesome food, I literally crave the burgers there every day. Great prices, nice staff, please don't close this one like the AV one closed.

My fajitas steak was chewy and the chicken was dry. Don’t order the fajitas. Also the onions and peppers were mushy and hard to work with using knife and fork. The prices were definitely on the cheaper side and the portions were large, the service was very good, I’m just not sure I will be going back.

Typical Chili's. Good service and the manager "Crazy D" is super cool. Personally made sure we had a good experience, was giving every employee encouragement as he left for the evening. ??yummy food too!

I was highly disappointed with Chili's... EVERYTHING was basically previously frozen to "heat up"..I got a half rack of ribs and they were old.. nothing was edible except the chips and salsa..the waitress was amazing though, kept checking on us even though she was busy..I didn't complain about the food to her, but I won't go back ??

Double check your To-go orders, better yet just order somewhere else. The sides were wrong and I was missing a soup. The place wasn't busy, this was sloppy substandard service.
