I love cold stone but this location is one I will not go to anymore because the smell is horrible. It smells overpoweringly like a dirty bathroom covered up with a very strong cleaner scent. It is almost hard to breathe, and the ice cream seems to absorb some of whatever is giving off that smell, because it doesn’t taste quite right. How anyone can stand to work in those conditions, I have no idea!

Ice cream cake was awesome!! Love Cold Stone ice cream cake! But the 3 stars is because once you order a cake to be delivered, not even GOD can change the delivery time. The store says door dash, door dash says the store.. Customer service for Coldstone is a voicemail service where they call you back the following day( doesn't include weekends), when 90% of birthday parties are on. So I'm waiting to see what they say if they call me back on Monday. The receipt email says at the bottom to modify or change the order to call the store, but not even the Store Manager knew what to do, even though they tried and were very helpful, my ice cream cake is literally sitting outside on my doorstep because I couldn't change the delivery time 1 hour later... My only solution was to cancel my order and resubmit the order, but the delivery time had to be within 24 hours and I was less than 24 hours when given that option, nice right..?

The worker who took my payment tonight kept $2 for himself on purpose. I noticed, but since I was planning to give a $1 tip, I decided not to make a fuss about it.As I was driving home I realized he did it intentionally. The cashier took my payment, handed back the cash folded and put it on the counter with coins change on top, expecting me to not check it and just put it back in my wallet.I am disappointed that he stole from a customer and I will not return

Ice cream is always so good here. Pricing is pretty reasonable depending on what you get and it always taste fresh. My only complaint is some days they close really early. Def great on a hot summer day.

If you want mediocre cake for a high price, order from here. I will admit they are really quick with their orders and do short notice cakes, but it's not worth the price point. I ordered a 6 inch cake and it was over $50.. and tasteless. Stick to DQ or Baskin Robbins.

OK so here's the scoop, ice cream scoop. I love their banana ice cream. I love walnuts, I love chocolate chips milk and dark. This is the only place I could get it all rolled up together with delicious banana ice cream. So I am very appreciative. It gets five stars it's local, it's a treat. It's delicious. The guy there working was cool. What more can I say. The price is good too. There's outside seating as well! Please look at the picture and you'll see what I mean in regards how delicious ice cream looks. And cold stone is always delicious!

My wife and I have been going to this cold stone for years but the ownership must have changed cuz the service is terrible. We ordered a birthday cake for my son birthday ice cream cake for my son and they called an hour before we were supposed to pick it up and told us they couldn't do it. We went to the Aliso Viejo one and was taken care of full service from start to finish of the order. We also found out that the owner of the Cold Stone in mission Viejo is in Mexico so it's not even a Hands-On owner no wonder why they're going downhill. Go to Aliso Viejo one they Rock.

This place is beyond worthless. They advertise vegan milkshakes, but they never have almond milk, and the staff literally doesn't know the difference between almond milk, and ice cream made from almond milk. When we called on the phone, the girl who appears to be the only one working right now said that they definitely had almond milk. The reason we called was that a month ago, we drove there only to find that they didn't have it.Today, upon arriving , and after making it very clear that I wanted a vegan milkshake, with all ingredients vegan, this chick asked if it was alright if she used "normal" milk, as in dairy milk, because "we're out of almond milk." Are you kidding me???When asked to call another local cold stone to see if they have the necessary ingredients, she had a blank stare, and said she didn't have any phone numbers. Guess she doesn't understand anything about customer service, or how easily she could've looked up a friggin phone number, for her own company for godsakes!Oh, and she also said she can't remember the last time they had almond milk, so that's lovely. GREAT management...Whoever owns this place apparently doesn't believe in stocking the basics, training their employees, or hiring intelligent workers.

Me and my family went to Coldstone for National Ice cream Day. I am not usually an ice cream person so I got a chocolate shake (as shown in the picture). As I was drinking it, I started to find red plastic bits in the shake. I ended up getting a refund but we intentionally avoided the closest ice cream store due to incidences like this one so it's ironic. The other 2 ice creams we got were tasty but the chocolate shake was a disappointment and stained our visit
