Charlie is the worse person to have at the window working with customers. The way he talks back to you…. “I don’t care” he is not a young person. He is an older man, he should know better. The issue is that, he needs to get retrain on how to handle the credit card payments. I have a gift card that has no chip and he claims the system doesn’t work for those cards with no chip. When the Hispanic men working there does it , he has no issues but he had an issue, so when I tried to let Charlie know that the card should work with no chip, he said they have a new system when I paid last week with the same card and the Hispanic man had no issues, that’s when he responded “I don’t care” if the regional manager knows how he handle that situation or if there are cameras , he or she should watch it and get him out of there or retrain. I’m sure I can’t be the only one complaining about This employee name Charlie. Date and time 4/2/24 @ 1:25pm drive thru .

Out of fries and several other items ???? Never heard that before ??? Went through today 3 30 2024 cold fries .... Ask for hot fries ok sir ...Fries even colder ?.? What the hrckbis wrong with people DO THEY REALLY JUST NOT CARE OR ??? HER BOSS WAS RIGHT THERE ??? SO SAD !!!

My blood is boiling just thinking about my recent experience at Del Taco. It was an absolute disaster from start to finish, and I am beyond livid.First off, they managed to screw up my order so badly that I wondered if they were playing some kind of sick joke on me. Instead of the chipotle chicken cheddar rollers I specifically ordered, I received ranch. Are you kidding me? How hard is it to get an order right?But wait, it gets worse. When I dared to point out their monumental mistake, the audacity of the staff was infuriating. They had the nerve to argue with me, insisting that I was the one who got it wrong. Excuse me? Last time I checked, I didn't work at Del Taco, and I definitely know what I ordered. After what felt like an eternity of back-and-forth, they begrudgingly agreed to remake my order.As if that wasn't bad enough, the employee tasked with remaking my food was straight-up hostile. They practically threw my replacement rollers together, all the while muttering under their breath about "difficult customers." Oh, I'm sorry for inconveniencing you by expecting to receive what I paid for!And just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, they had the nerve to lecture me about checking my food before I eat it. Seriously? How about you check your attitude before you interact with paying customers?I have never been treated so poorly in my life, and I will never set foot in that Del Taco again. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else where they actually value their customers.

Gave us an incorrect order. So we came back to get it fixed and they were so rude. Said that we “made a mess” of the food. Two items had one bite. Then they tried to gaslight us as say that the food they gave us was what we ordered. We ordered chipotle cheddar rollers and they gave us ranch cheddar rollers. They unwrapped every roller they gave us as said that it was chipotle even though you can see the white cream of the ranch. And chipotle is red! They were super rude and said “fine! Fine! I’ll remake it.” And made a show of throwing things around when making them. Then when we had the correct food, they hurried us off with a “maybe you should check it before you leave next time.” MAYBE YOU SHOULD DO YOUR JOB RIGHT YOU MINIMUM WAGE 40 YEAR OLD.

Haven't been here in a long time and now I remember why. The tacos are just not good. The service was terrible. When there are Taco Bells everywhere, I see no need for Del Tacos to exist.

I tried to order food through the drive thru and asked if an item came with chicken instead of beef and the guy could not get what I was saying, he even started arguing with me about why I didn't order something completely different. I just wanted a certain burrito with chicken instead of steak. I just ended up leaving since he couldn't figure out how to take an order.

Have not been to Del Taco for a long time so decided to grab the two grilled chicken tacos meal with chili fries and a drink. The tacos tasted pretty good, but the fries were cold. I honestly didn’t remember when I was ever served cold fries. They even managed to forget to give me my drink. Maybe this was why I had not been to Del Taco for such a long time.
Best location by far they’ll pick up your garbage off the floor for you, I chucked my used bag at front of restaurant, guy instantly came out to collect! Best $1.79 I’ve ever spent.
