This is a great place for delicious pastries. Small company, quiet inside, everything is freshly made into delicious. They try innovative new recipes for food and beverages, and their offerings Change which is fun! Their Cup of Joy latte is my favorite coffee drink. They are centrally located in Mission Viejo but are are not open every day, which is my only complaint!
The best pastries and bake goods in the OC area! I ordered everything from here and can’t get enough! Kian is the owner and chef/baker of the Diotima Bakehouse and he knocks it out of the park. This unique and small owned-business shop is exactly what’s needed in this Mission Viejo neighborhood and brings life back into this sleepy town! Super high quality and tasty goods! I’ve been seeing this bakery come to life over the last months and finally stopped in for a Carmel mocha coffee and truffle cake. Syrups are made from scratch and not super sweet. Love that!Kian is a fantastic pastry chef whom trained up in France. You can taste the quality and effort each bite. The quality and presentation is superb. Reminds me of bake shops in Europe! Most of the goods get sold out some come early!
