I stumbled across this place this past Monday and oh my goodness what a hidden gem. I've lived in Mission Viejo for over 33 years and these were the best sandwiches I've ever had. I had the ham and cheddar cheese on a roll and they make a relish with chopped jalapeños and pepperocinis that is so yummy. We also had the meatball sub and Italian. So good! Can't wait to go back.

I got the breakfast sandwich with Turkey. I was expecting your regular cheese meet and unseasoned egg. Not this one, they added this sauce that I can't put my finger on but it's really good. It's has a subtle taste but it made the sandwich better. I asked for chopped jalapeños and I recommend it. I will definitely be coming back and taste some homemade soup. Not to mention the older lady is the nicest person I've met. She's a delight to interact with. No inside seating only outside

They have a variety of breads to choose from and the sandwiches are always stuffed.I cannot get enough of the Meatloaf Sandwich, Tuna Sandwich, Meatball Sub, and Club Sandwich. I also highly recommend the Ruben and French Dip.When you get your order, the little hand drawn happy face on the sandwich wrappers will make you smile. ?

The best sandwich I’ve ever had prices are very reasonable and the ability to place and order before I pick it up is very convenient for me during work everyone their is so nice and the selections on the menu are delicious well

Little hole in the wall in an industrial park that makes a great sandwich! Great service...people are super nice & happy to customize your sandwich. Got the reuben which was solid. Will try the hot Connie special next go round.
