I would give zero... female cashier was pleasant and helpful, but when she asked other male cashier for help with my order male cashier rolled his eyes, had attitude, and was condescending. Wouldn't come back here if this is how customers are treated.

Blueberry cream cheese was just blue and didn't taste like blueberries. Bagel wasn't toasted enough. Service was rude.

It's been a while, but I have come here for breakfast bagels and to buy dozens of bagels to take to my office and clients many times in the past. So, when my wife asked me to bring home sandwiches for lunch today I thought I'd try them as their breakfast bagels were always decent. A bit overpriced but good flavor and always pretty fresh. When I walked in one of the employees was cleaning something off to the side of the counter and never turned around to acknowledge me. I said hello and got no reply. After a little bit another employee came out of the back and asked how he could help me. I said hello and then asked if they offered sandwiches on any type of bread other than bagels. In a rude manner he replied: "No, our name is l love bagels for a reason" I was caught off guard by his response and negative attitude. I gave him a second to to walk his response back but he just looked at me. I replied "I'm aware of what the name is" and gave him another opportunity to respond in a more positive manner and again he just looked at me. At this point I was over it and told him "to be honest I don't need the attitude or your bagels" and left. When I walked in I was planning to order some sandwiches even if they did only make them on bagels, but after being treated so badly I have no desire to go there again. For bagels or anything else. Hopefully this was a one time deal and the awful customer service was because the gentleman was just having a bad day. Either way I am done with them, there are a plenty of bagel shops in the area and I'll find another place to spend my money.

Came here for the first time this morning. Last time! Everybody who works here is super low, energy, angry, rude, etc. Bad attitudes. Note: I did not have a run-in or any situation in particular that made me angry. It is just the way this place is. I have no need for this! I always choose to give my business to high energy and positive people

Amazing quick service! Yummy Bagels! We go out of our way to stop here! I wish it was closer to home. You have to try the Pumpkin Bagel!
Amazing for many years. Fresh bagels, fresh squeezed orange juice, great lox and cream cheese. Breakfast paradise.

This place use to be yummy. Not sure what happened but it was mediocre by far. American cheese.. an egg that was as thin as the cheese... bagel was rubbery... maybe an off day? Price wise $4ish for a sandwich but I probably could've made better at home. So sad.

Clean indoor outdoor seating, busy but yet the wait is not long. Anything ordered is fresh & delicious. Friendly hard working staff.

I really enjoyed my meal. The food was ready for pickup as they said it would be. I was only disappointed with the freshness of the bagel other wise I thought the bagel was yummy :)

A nice, local, hidden gem for a carefree breakfast. Always good quality and fresh bagels, cream cheese, etc. We are big fans are try to visit as often as possible.
