Me and my wife went for dinner and they served us old French fries that where old they must have had them there all day , I spent 22 dollars and some change not to get old fries ? l think with all the people that go there they can serve fresh hot fries .

Mobile ordered my burger since I customize it. Ordered Mayo and mustard on it, did not contain any! The order I previously made as well was supposed to contain bacon on it and I didn't receive any either. The very last time I come to this location. Woman who gave me my order just rushed me out of the building. Mind you there's no one in the building. Sent an email to corporate for a refund. Tried calling the restaurant and no answer, yet that doesn't surprise me. Wish I can give negative stars for the experience I had. I've worked in customer service for over 15 years and the employees here don't even try to help resolve any issue. makes me realize the lack of customer service skills these employees have.

My husband just ordered some burgers and one of the burger's bread has mold. My 11 year old lucky open the box upside down. I tried calling so I could speak to the manager but no one answers the phone. The bread is obviously toasted on the grill. How could they miss the mold on the side that's not toasted?

We have loved Jack in the Box since high school!Jack's Famous Tacos ? are a family favorite! Economically priced, especially when you have teenage boys! I have to say, though, we sure miss the Super Taco!
