It's a jack in the box, so I'm not here reviewing jack in the box food. Go look elsewhere if you want that. Although I will say that the food was cooked to the ideal standard for what Jack in the Box customers should expect.I went in here during a massive rainstorm that suddenly came out of no where while I was getting my car repaired next door. I came in here to get food and wait for my car. I got the crispy chicken sandwich meal. It was totally fine.I love the soda machine for having my Diet Coke lime ginger available since they have that machine that has like 100 combinations of syrups to make the drink you want. The staff was nice because I didn't know what I wanted. Granted it was empty at that moment so it would be weird if they rushed me. They were totally nice. I was there well after my meal was finished waiting out the rain and my car repair. No one bothered me. Overall great experience. I don't normally eat Jack in the Box or fast food in general so I was very pleased that it was not so over greasy that i later regretted it since I wasn't used to eating that way.If i wanted to eat jack in the box again I'd go here. Well, lf I were near this location. I live in irvine so I'm not going to drive from Irvine just for this restaurant, but I am also not going to get in my car and get Jack in the Box normally.

I ordered via the app - 6 supreme sourdough breakfast sandwiches for my team. I manage a business 1/4 mile away, I get to my store and have a quick huddle to start the day and begin to hand out a quick breakfast snack... I was shorted 1 sandwich!! I called the restaurant to the number that was provided online, but nobody answered nor returned my call.I filed a complaint on the app for a simple refund of 1 sandwich to which I was told the owner of the business would reach out to me. . . . Nothing yet!!Forget the money, just BE BETTER!!! We depend on your staff to be correct when we order as you do the same when you go out to other restaurants.

Food was good but every time I come here the guy in the drive through is rude. I don’t even know why, I work in fast food so I understand how annoying customers can be but I came through at 9 with 0 line. After every item I order he tries to get me to pull forward. All I wanted was 3 meals, and after the first two he said out loud “oh my god you’re not done” ???? I just got off of a closing shift and was hungry. I don’t expect him to friendly but I don’t see why he needs to be so rude. I’ve worked drive through before three meals isn’t that many. I’ve had people order 13+ large burgers and while it’s annoying I don’t understand being rude about it.

Took a million years to get my food. My lunch break ain’t that long. Gotta get back to work can’t idle in the jack in the box drive thru for 15 min of my break that’s dumb. Slow food not fast food.
The restaurant was very clean even though they were crowded. They had an employee keeping the dining area clean during the crowded time of day. (Even the bathrooms were clean and well stocked!) We came at 12:40, we had 5 people in our group. My daughter and her 2 boys are 7 & 9 and my 16 year old granddaughter.We had chicken terriyaki, tacos, burgers, a breakfast jack, french fries, onion rings, and spring rolls, milk, and iced tea. When the 7 year old spilled his milk, the manager came over with a new one for him at no charge! Everyone here was friendly and treated the kids like family. The food was hot and prepared perfectly!My favorite thing is that we can get a breakfast jack in the middle of the day!! My daughter's 9 year old came from an abusive home and has a lot of disabilities because of this. A simple fried egg sandwich helps him feel calm and rewarded .He was such a happy kid to have 2 breakfast Jack's for lunch!!THANK YOU!!!

Store #3526 - Went in at 5:46 through the drive-thru and Normally this Jack in the Box is good, but tonight my bacon ultimate cheeseburger was a fail. Asked for all American cheese, add lettuce and tomato. You guessed it hardly any bacon, no lettuce, no tomato, and the cheese was mixed. Needless to say, someone didn't eat dinner.All I can say is Do Better!KW

I've been coming to this Jack in the box for years, but I'll keep my review relevant for the last few visits. Overall the food is usually always good and they are consistent here. Plenty of options on the menu and the staff is usually receptive to customizing options. My primary complaint is the inconsistencies on staff as of late. Sometimes I go and have this guy who is super efficient, friendly, and takes care of business. Other times I go I have a girl help me that is efficient but seems to not have much patience which makes ordering a little intense. Other times I get a teenager who apparently never learned manners. Nothing like being handed a bag of food followed by "Here" and not "Thank you". Otherwise this is still my go to jack in the box. Breakfast sandwiches I get the egg is usually not very appetizing.
