I went to get lunch. I usually try to see if the person scooping the entrees gives a decent portion given their single scoop standard. The server who was serving the group of guys before another customer then me gave them double portions of chicken without an upcharge for extra portions. Then there was a different server who came on to help the line and when I went he skimped on the one scoop of each entree. I decided to ask if I could get a little bit more of the second entree when both seemed skimpy and then the guy said it would cost extra for extra chicken. Overall the experience was very disappointing and I almost was considering walking off, leaving the food there and going to a different place in the food court but I didn't want to be rude.

I asked for one item combo not a freaking bowl. He started to mix the crap together like a bowl then i said no. And he said this is combo i said i didnt order a bowl. You guys suck. Combo and bowl are different. Ill be taking my business to pf changs. At least food is fresh and they dont skimp out. This scammed me here. Paid more for less

I love Panda Express. Orange chicken, thank you for existing. I would go out of my way to come here.I'm going to be honest, for the longest time I didn't care for Panda Express. And then I went to college and there was one on campus. I started getting it more and more and that's when it really grew on me. It's been years since and now I can't get enough of it! My go to order is a Plate with Chow Mein, Super Greens, The Original Orange Chicken and Kung Pao Chicken. Eat your greens people, make sure you have that balance in your diet and life. This is plenty of food for one, I'll always have leftovers, but the perfect amount for two. I'm not the biggest fan of their fried rice but my boyfriend loves it, I personally prefer their chow mein more so I never get the rice. I guess you could say I feel like I can get my fried rice fix better elsewhere. I've tried the other items on their menu and they do not disappoint. But, hands down, Panda Express makes the BEST EVER orange chicken and no one can deny this. Other mom and pop shops cannot compete with their orange chicken.This is located in the Dining Veranda at The Shops at Mission Viejo on the second floor. There are many free parking lots and structures for the mall. Price has definitely gone up over the years but I still think it's fair accounting for inflation and the amount of food you get. Service is friendly and quick. Didn't have to wait long to order, maybe one to two parties ahead of me on a Sunday around 2:30 PM. There is open seating with lots of tables, love the classic mall feel.

Worst customer service ever at a Panda Express. I ordered through the app so it would be ready by the time I arrived. The order was suppose to be ready at 4;50 pm. After having a hard time finding the place I finally arrived at 5:05 pm. The employees had no idea about my order and one said they didn't have my order insinuating I did something wrong. Another employee finally checked their system and found my order. Another 10 minutes later I had my order, no apology or concern, just indifference. I was the only customer standing in front of them, they were not busy. I hope the food is better than the service.

Staff:I felt they were overall pretty nice to me though I did witness a young lady getting frustrated by an older gentleman ordering. She didn't think he was understanding her and it showed. Quality/Quantity:Food is always good for fast food Chinese food. Never had any complaints about their food. Got the 2 item and a kids meal which filled us up. Overall:I'd come back as it is a good option for when at the mall.
