Absolutely amazing service couldn’t be happier with the customer service. I went on December 31, 2023 at 10 AM, and the wonderful woman with the blonde hair was the absolute sweetest and most kindest person I have ever met in customer service, and she deserves a raise. I was in such a rush that I didn’t get her name. That’s why I included the date and the time because she was absolutely wonderful and I was very satisfied when I left.

Went to Target to get some holiday shopping and decided I need a little Starbucks. When I got to the counter, the lovely ladies that were working had set up 2 sample Frappuccinos for us to sample. I tried the first one, mocha cookie crumble and was hooked. Instead of getting my same boring drink, I love that these ladies were able to come up with this great idea!Everything on their counters was super clean and organized as well. I wanted to leave a tip but since they're Target they can't accept it :(Ugh! They really deserved it 10/10

drive through was a 30 minute wait. I ordered a caramel macchiato with extra caramel drizzle. when I finally got the drink at the window you could tell it had been sitting for at least 20 minutes. Ice was all melted and the drink had not a drop of caramel in it. waste of my time and money

Second time in this store that they don't have Dark Roast. Total waste of time if you desire coffee with flavor. Epic fail.

Picked up a 96 ounce carafe for a gathering. Prephoned an hour early, so the staff would know we were coming. The Coffee (blonde) came with cups, stirrers, cream, and sugar. Great price for $20.

Does ANYONE Pickup the phone for Customer service at Starbucks????? Called several times and kept getting hang up on!!!!! It doesn't hurt to pick up the phone and place me on a brief hold!!!!! You guys don't even deserve a one star!!!!!!????

We came to Target to get a couple of things for dinner that evening. Before we started shopping, we immediately went to this Starbucks to get some coffee. Ordered 2 Caramel Frappuccinos. The employee that took our order as well as made our drinks was very nice and was very fast. Once we received and tasted them, they were perfect. We thanked him for his amazing service. We really do enjoy coming here for a refreshing beverage before we shop around.
Worst Starbucks experience ever ! The employee named "JOHNNY" was so rude. First he did not greet me at all. He went straight to asking me for my order. When I told him I wanted to use my reward stars he rudely said I couldn't do that. I don't know if he's new but I basically had to explain to him how the stars work. I told him I would just pay for it using my app. He angrily scanned my phone and just stood there. Then I was the one who had to say thank you. And of course he said nothing. Clearly he was having a bad day, he should have called off work and not let it out on the customers.

Ordered chai, got coffee. On the other hand they're open several hours after any standalone Starbucks in this area, which close at 6pm. (!?!)

I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, I got the bagel with no cream cheese. When I went back into to the store to let the know, I asked for the cream cheese and they rudely ask if I had payed for it. They gave me the cream cheese and I nicely asked if I could also get a knife and she rolled her eyes. I was very polite. I feel uncomfortable going into the Starbucks now, I'm not satisfied
