Made an online order and went in to pick it up. It wasn't there so I waited patiently for 10 minutes. Then I told the worker there and she said they were slammed and told the pick up worker, Lia, to make my drink. She ignored her and I waited another 10 minutes before asking Lia where my drink was and she was shocked I still hadn't received the drink she never bothered to make. Thanks Starbucks

I have been coming to this Starbucks for over 15 years and seen it go through many changes from atmosphere to remodeling and staff.It has been the worst last couple of months.1. No internet service2. Cold coffee with a casual; I am sorry to follow.3. You get funny looks as you are drinking your beverage4. Super LOUD employee. You don't need coffee, the employee will wake you up.5. Couple of weeks ago; they closed early because they didn't have employees to keep the doors open. Now that is a joke for a company that size. And expensive tasteless coffee that they have.Finally, last week I said: "Hey your internet has been out for couple of months, are you planning on fixing it?" And my response was classic: "If you have internet at home, why don't you just stay home!"I am still here. closest to home. I get lazy at home working. I am willing to spend my $7-$8 a day at this glorious location. I guess I will be drinking the cold coffee and use my own hot-spot.Maybe, one day they figure out that customers are keeping the doors open and pay their bills.Very disappointed lately. It used to be my favorite Starbucks and I would brag about it to people. Not anymore...

This review has two parts, PLEASE be sure to read part two below.First: This location in the Gateway Center in Mission Viejo gets my vote as one of the very best in the entire chain. I'm a semi regular, which means sometimes I go often, and sometimes I'm away. But when I do slide on by, the atmosphere is always welcoming, and the Manager, always remembers me and my drink. Same for most of the cashiers and baristas. It's clean and every single employee is friendly and welcoming. I pass by other coffee houses and even other Starbucks to patronize this specific location. PART TWO: I feel bad for the customers who are having a bad day and throw this location under the bus because it takes 90 seconds to get their drink, or because a city or fire ordinance forced the removal of the fireplace. OMG! The store is busy because they are so popular and friendly. Watch the baristas. Sometimes three or four or five behind the counter hustling to get the orders out. And finally, If you act cool, you'll be treated nice wherever you go. But, if you spew harsh, don't be surprised if you get what you give. Five stars to the manager and staff at the Starbucks at Alicia and Jeronimo in the Gateway Center.

This is a pretty solid Starbucks to post up at and work on a document while drinking a coffee or eating a breakfast sandwich. It can get pretty busy at times, but compared to other Starbucks. It’s usually pretty quick. Lots of parking and a clean location. They maintain it well and the staff has been friendly when I have visit. Are usually will get a green tea or a caramel macchiato.Parking: Lots of parking in front of the business. I suggest avoiding the row of parking in front of the businesses.
