“Great company, Starbucks coffee is one of the best here. Service was awesome, friendly staff. Looks great around the place, wooden tables. The drinks here are the normal casual Starbucks. Nothing too special, first time trying Starbucks in LA. At least, reviewing one. Overall great place, would 100% agree best Starbucks in Los Angeles, California. I say, it’s been a long time single I’ve came to Starbucks. The food itself also looks tasty, it is freshly made every day.Vegetarian options: I mean, coffee is vegetarian. Nothing is non vegetarian that I see.Dietary restrictions: Has a disclaimer for snacks saying “ 3 items have nuts or other allergic materials.”Parking: Had many parking lots outside. DecentKid-friendliness: Well, they have cake pops and items that are good for kids. Don’t give them caffeine.Wheelchair accessibility: Well, I can’t say much about wheel chair accessibility, but it’s normal doors. Friendly staff to assist you.“
“This review has two parts, PLEASE be sure to read part two below.First: This location in the Gateway Center in Mission Viejo gets my vote as one of the very best in the entire chain. I'm a semi regular, which means sometimes I go often, and sometimes I'm away. But when I do slide on by, the atmosphere is always welcoming, and the Manager, always remembers me and my drink. Same for most of the cashiers and baristas. It's clean and every single employee is friendly and welcoming. I pass by other coffee houses and even other Starbucks to patronize this specific location. PART TWO: I feel bad for the customers who are having a bad day and throw this location under the bus because it takes 90 seconds to get their drink, or because a city or fire ordinance forced the removal of the fireplace. OMG! The store is busy because they are so popular and friendly. Watch the baristas. Sometimes three or four or five behind the counter hustling to get the orders out. And finally, If you act cool, you'll be treated nice wherever you go. But, if you spew harsh, don't be surprised if you get what you give. Five stars to the manager and staff at the Starbucks at Alicia and Jeronimo in the Gateway Center.“
“We did the drive thru today and had the opportunity to get a free short hot chocolate as a special. I'm glad it was free as the taste today was off, and the cup was filled halfway. Our normal drinkers were fine and tasted as normal.“
“Absolutely amazing service couldn’t be happier with the customer service. I went on December 31, 2023 at 10 AM, and the wonderful woman with the blonde hair was the absolute sweetest and most kindest person I have ever met in customer service, and she deserves a raise. I was in such a rush that I didn’t get her name. That’s why I included the date and the time because she was absolutely wonderful and I was very satisfied when I left.“
“Convenient location with a smaller size menu than their standalone locations. I have been coming here quite a bit and every time they have been very expedient at providing standard drinks that keep me awake as I try to complete items on my honey do list in Pavilions. At times they can get overwhelmed and it can be a significant wait for drinks but overall they try their best with the limited menu and max employee number of 2 people.“
“This particular location is pretty busy, not ideal for bringing your laptop and do some work. Servers are very polite and efficient. Madison is always cheerfull and nice. Coffe mixes are usually spot on. Great location to meet with friends but better to gran and go.“
“The drinks we ordered were tasty and made to our satisfaction. The ambiance was great. There is a Little Library located inside of the store with an excellent choice of books available. Plenty of outside seating. Service was good and the bathrooms were clean. This is a great Starbucks to visit.“
