Unacceptable service today at this location. I placed a curbside order through the app. I checked in through the app when I arrived and parked in the designated "curbside" spot at 1:00. This location also has a sign that requests customers send a text message to a phone number. I did that. And waited. At 1:30 I walked in to where there was one customer and two employees. I said I was waiting for my curbside order. The employee said, "you are supposed to text us." I responded I did and showed her my phone. Needless to say my order was done and had been sitting on the counter for however long. The reason why I selected curbside service is because my dog was with me and it was hot outside and I didn't want to leave my dog in the car. Needless to say, the employee who wasn't helping the customer and was just standing at the register could have noticed my car Allred right out front. If the establishment doesn't understand how to use technology or the technology doesn't work (she said she doesn't get the notifications when customers check in on app which is why she requests a text message which didn't work in my instance) then they should just not offer curbside service at all!

Have all these sports people or actors ever eaten at a Subway? Big deal you use a slicer now. Do you make the meat any thicker? Their is a reason "ONLY" Subway charges for "double" meat. Because Jersey Mikes or Togo's or other sandwich places put enough meat in it!

A very decent Subway. Cramped location but the staff are awesome. Got a great quick lunch here that my picky-eating son also would enjoy. If you need a quick sammie then this is not a bad option! Still a fan of the cold cut combo and definitely missing the days of the $5 footlong though ?Kid-friendliness: You can choose the toppings making this a good choice for picky eaters.Parking: Free parking lot, gets crowded during the lunch rush.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible parking and entrance.

Outstanding customer service! We arrived 10 minutes before closing and was greeted with a big genuine smile! Our sandwich artist happily made a great sandwich! All of the ingredients were so fresh and delicious! Great shop!

I recommend going to the Subway in the Gateway center, just up the street from this location. Service isn't great. I ordered a sandwich online and when I got there they tried to upcharge for items that were supposed to be part of the original sandwich, nothing I added extra. I paid thru the app so I paid more for less and when I showed them they could only tell me they don't participate and it's up to the owner not to participate in promotions. The app has them listed as participating and allowed my purchase to go thru. You got me once, congrats! Don't support unethical businesses.

We have a major plumbing problem at our house and the water is off. We decided to go pick up dinner from Subway. When we arrived, the "NEW HOURS" sign on the door said the location was open until two hours after we got there, but the door was locked. A lady was cleaning the trays behind the counter; we knocked on the door and she totally ignored us. We knocked again and she waved us away without looking up.NOT GOING HERE AGAIN!!!

Coupons, people usually use, are not accepted. They accept a coupon only if you purchased a lot. Avoid such a stingy store.

This subway I gave it a 5 star because of their great and superb service. They are very friendly and courteous, bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Food wise all is good and FRESH. Blessings to you all.
