Picked up one of the last meals served here. They are closing down. Sad.But they have another location downtown. I hope it succeeds. The staff have always been welcoming. Food,it was great. We were going there before Guy Fieri invaded. That just made the wait longer. It was our dirty little secret. The was food not great ,it was awesome. Thank you TY ,I hope downtown works out.

We were at the hospital and were craving a burger. I ordered online and was greeted nicely with my food when I got there. This was the best burger and fries I think I have ever had. Best in town by far. I highly recommend giving these guys a try.

We paid 80 dollars!!!for 4 cheese burgers and a salad. The meat was not medium rare as they offer on menu. Way too much salt on fries. As I was waiting to get my bag of food for take out the bearded guy at counter was pretty rude. He turned to another guy and asked him if I had paid. Honestly I'm not in the business of run out the door with food I haven't paid for. I'll tell you all what!! What's running out the door is my business. Way too expensive!! Undercooked!! Poor taste!! Awful service!!!

Meh is what I can say about Bauer's. I've been wanting to try their food for a while and finally got the chance today. First off their website didn't have an option to order soda so I called my order in. The man who answered the phone had a hard time hearing me which is neither of our faults but he was very impatient. This was my first time ordering so I wasn't too familiar with the menu. The man on the phone literally told me to hurry up with my order because he was alone and had other people to help. Rude! Not my fault. I didn't even get a chance to order drinks he said we could figure it out when we picked up. He hung up didn't tel me my total or how long before we could pickup. My husband went to pick up our order and they guy was rude to him as well. He kept making sure my husband had paid before he left as if he would leave without paying. Seriously he we are trying to support local restaurants and that the service we get. The food wasn't even that great and it was too expensive. We won't go back. Also I'm not the type to give nasty reviews because I'm one of those. Most of my reviews are positive. Disappointing.

One thing you need to know about Bauer's is the the owner truly cares about this business and about doing the right thing, and it shows in every aspect of the place-- from the food to the staff to the service. I'm actually reviewing them for the first time (despite eating there many times before and having an excellent experience every time) after they made a mistake, because I was so impressed with how they handled it. The details aren't too important, but suffice to say an error was made with an order we were having a friend pick up for an event. They contacted us through multiple channels to try and make it right before it even arrived, but due to the nature of the event, none of us had our phones nearby or checked our email. When we didn't respond, they contacted us again and went well above what was required to make everything right. We never even got to the point of thinking about "asking to talk to the manager" because the manager caught the mistake immediately and was already there to talk to us. Five stars well earned, and thank you for being such a big part of our community.

My husband Matt and I have loved eating here before the pandemic, we have enjoyed their amazing food and drinks during, and we cannot wait to dine in and support them fully after it is over!
