My fiance and I were looking for a place we haven't had in a while. Carls jr as I remember was always delicious, filling and Made to standard. So we decided to go there.One of the few restaurants that actually made their burgers look like their advertising.Sad to say in 2024 when you want a good quick bite Carl's jr is no longer the place to go. We had went through the drive thru Mind you, no cars in front or in back of us. We got 3 meals a superstar w/ cheese and 2 Western bacon burgers 1 was spicy. Took about 15 minutes to get the food out With no other customers. Then proceeded to hand us all 3 meals in 1 bag. Even though it was ripped. Unfortunately when we arrived home we had come to find that out burgers had 1 tiny Slice of bacon And mine had 3 Jalapenos. For burgers that have bacon in the name You would expect more and They were made like complete garbage. Smashed together, The fries were soggy and stuck together. Both large and was about a medium worth of fries.Sad but Happy to say that I will no longer be eating at this establishment ever again. Food is not worth the price if there isn't enough or isn't made correctly.

Spent over $50 on three combos. Two of the three burgers were disgusting looking and tasting. Two of them were suppose to have bacon and did they? NO! And don't get me started on the french fries because thats a rip off also. The lady at the window has an attitude also, she should not be in customer service at all.

As I have the “Google local guide” official badge on my account for reviewing tons of places. Sadly I wanted to enjoy a nice good burger and walked in and nobody at the counter. Ladies in back just look at me and I’m standing there at the register wanting to pay full price for a menu item rather then pull up the app for a discount… then a guy from Uber orders comes in and yells he’s picking up an order and suddenly a man appears from the drive thru out of nowhere … it’s no wonder places are closing down rapidly because lack of service and most of all, lack of paying customers such as myself . I’m going to down the street to eat at plenty of other places

I signed up for the free burger day the 12th and took me to the app. Then after signing up it states get your free burger with a purchase of any other meal. So it's a fake I have to buy something for a free burger. Why not just stick with the coupons. Buy one get one free there.
