NO STARS!!! everyone who worked today at this place should be fired !the pony tail guy who made my tacos was touching the food with his fingers this place is super messy. Everyone who works here just plays around not to mention they are all super slow you tell them your order & make you repeat it 20 times.

Customer service is awful. They left a whole meal that they charged me for out of my order and were very rude and unapologetic after I drove all the way back for it. They were even talking about how they don't see how that could have happened right in front of me, as if I would lie? I often order large catering orders from here for the company I work for, but we won't be returning here again.

This location is hit or miss. Sometimes my burritos are the correct size, other times like last year, the burrito literally so small that it was square shaped... which I have literally never seen before, it was like I was sold half of a burrito and because the burrito was so tiny, I was eating endless doubled over tortilla.This month, September of 2023, my burritos have been correctly sized, which they ought to be for how much they charge, on the other hand, when I paid for double meat, I had at least one huge gristly chunk of barbacoa in my burrito that was inedible, so part of that extra money I paid went directly into the trash. I didn't even know that was possible, I thought it all got pre-shredded but I guess somebody wasn't paying attention. Other than that I've had a good experience in recent times, I just wish I didn't have to pay $20+ for ONE burrito with no chips or drink, because that's more than sit down restaurants cost and they come with sides to boot.

DISGUSTING HAIR IN FOOD!!!!!Beware beware beware!!!!!!I would never ever ever recommend this place. These employees don't even care if there's HAIR IN MY FOOD...... they just say, oh, sorry! Hey management, grow up. This is a business, not your kitchen at home. Customers can get sick from dirty hair in food. It is a proven fact that if someone has a blood infection or ringworms, it can't be passed to other people through hair follicles.

On July 12,2023 I went to this location and ordered a burrito and salad to go. Once we got home, my husband almost choked on a piece a plastic in his burrito. I tried to contact the restaurant but could not get thru. I tried to go thru their phone tree regarding a complaint but did not get a copy of the receipt (big mistake). Finally after 1 hour I got a customer service rep. I worked with him. Provided the order, location, time and copy of my credit card transaction. I also provided a picture of the plastic and burrito via email. He assured me he would be in contact. I have not heard anything since. I have emailed twice using contact information he provided. Hopefully someone from the restaurant will reach out via Yelp.
