Clean and all the games are always in working condition. The food is okay. The service is good but you always have to wait around for someone to come out of the back to help you.Kid-friendliness: Your kids will have a blast. Hours of fun.

Maybe put a sign or a carpet lane director to separate the customers from the prize counter. It gets crowded so ppl are waiting for many people to get wristbands while we just want a prize and go home by the end of it all . Food was great, service for the bday party was great. There for a birthday party and loved their new renovation. I hadn't been there since a daughter's birthday party ,years ago and this was open and bright . Foo was good - they were very accommodating for the size group we had . We'll be back.
Workers at entrance don't know what they're doing. Train them right, teach them customer service or hire people with common sense.

Booked a premium party on the app. Everything was premium, for sure. We booked on a week day, which was great for the unlimited game play. Pizza was decent.Our host Kayla was incredible. She was dancing and seemed to actually enjoy my son's happiness.

The good: The pizza was great even though the crust is thin, the games are fun and the service is decent.The bad: Horrible atmosphere. If you thought Texas roadhouse was noisy, well this definetly isn't the place for you. It's basically a giant play area for uncontrollable children. Not every game works either. Ticket machines are scams. 2.5/5 experience

A good time except for my window getting busted out sometime in between the two hours I was there. Cameras were no help since they were outdated and lenses were so foggy and dirty. Also had to call pd just to make a report so they can see the footage. Wasted an hour and a half to find out we weren't going to see how it happened.
