There was no ketchup on the table and when we asked the server she never brought anything for 10+ minutes and eventually brought us a bottle of vinegar. She didn’t come back again after that either. I ordered chicken strips and fries and the fries were cold and my chicken strips tasted like pickles, I had other people in my party taste them and they said the same. I had a good time with the games until every one I went to broke down or had some sort of error, I went and asked one of the workers and he was very rude and didn’t help. After that I had to run to the bathroom where I had an awful time with doing number 2, then there was no toilet paper and I had to text my brother to come get me some from another stall. Food was awful service was awful too. Never coming back.

I love the fact the front server lady allowed us into the big room (even though it was closed) for our own booth due to the fact she saw us struggling with our crying two year old daughter. To top it off she even brought her a plush doll. They went above and beyond to help us enjoy a meal out with the family which is very appreciated. Thank you for being a friendly family fun place for us locally. We drive from Merced and would love if they opened one there.

Love coming here for the variety of games.The food has also been good every time I've come.Came with a large group of people and all the food came out at the same time.
I was threatened by Security that they will physically remove me over a soda bottle.
Ok ok it was ok waiter took long and I didn't get all the food I ordered so I told them to remove it from the bill. They were reluctant at first but whenever I try to get another waiter for help or to order they kept shining me on that they were not my server

We enjoyed an awesome lunch with some cold beer. I had the spicy chicken sandwich it was very tasty.We wanted to hang out for a while playing some games. It was a Tuesday, so we were able to play games 1/2 price. I'm 60 yrs old and my son in his 30's. We had a blast for 2 hours playing old school games . We will definitely be back!!

Came here for a birthday dinner with friends. Our food order was lost and when it finally did arrive, the food was lackluster. Pretzel appetizer was soggy. Only thing that looked okay was the kids Mac and cheese.We redeemed over $40 worth of credits through T-Mobile and couldn’t upload it to the DB app. Went to customer service and they seemed to have an issue with how much we bought with the redemption offer (which said up to 3 of them). Then we got charged an additional $3 for an actual plastic card. On top of being charged a $4 processing fee for buying online.We loved our server, but we will not be returning.

Kids food came out 28 minutes before everybody else's, so trying to enjoy a meal while kids are ready to go play because they have already eaten wad impossible. Very poor time management and service this time around. I don't mind a wait time but the place was not busy and to have all the adult meals take an extra half hour is pretty ridiculous.

We were a party of 8 which ordered 6 dishes. Two of them came out pretty quickly. Our server Heidi was surprised to see the rest hadn't come out. Upon checking with the kitchen, we learned that the ordering tablet had messed up and part of the order disappeared. Heidi spoke to the kitchen and the manager and made sure our remaining meals were prioritized and they came out very quickly. Heidi was incredibly responsive and ensured that we got everything we ordered. She was apologetic but I didn't feel that necessary as it was just a glitch. We were ultimately fed and the food was good! We were all incredibly impressed by Heidi's dedication and problem solving. We'll definitely be back again to see her!
