Recently, I went through the drive-thru, and when I asked for my receipt, they told me it was in the bag. I looked, and it wasn't. I told the clerk there was no receipt. They argued, and I just asked for them to reprint it, please.They told me they couldn't. Ummmm. What? They then said they had no manager on staff to help them either. I couldn't believe this.They went to a room ( I assumed an office) and were on the phone, came back, and told me that I could take a picture with my phone of their receipt.WTH?Did I, yes.... but holy bananas, what is this? I was so dumbfounded by this that I didn't know how to react to this.

Coming from out town after a long drive and stopping at my favorite Del Taco, I was shocked. I asked Emma a worker to use the bathroom and she stated it was for customers only. I stated I will order after, I am from out of town and it was a long drive. Emma stated I had to order something first. I was eating my food in the restaurant when I saw a female walk in and not order nothing and was allowed to use the restroom. I asked for another Supervisor and Emma stated she was on a conference call, how convenient.
