I am leaving this review here for the upper management to see. You fired an amazing employee over a previous review that has very little information to go off of. The very sweet employee you fired. Always welcomed me into the store, including all my co-workers as well and all the other people who walked into the store. She always remembered my name and my orders. I didn't even have to tell her what I wanted, and she would remember. She was an amazing worker. You failed her as upper management. You failed the customers who really enjoyed her and you failed her. Do better.

Went to eat here. Had to tell the girl that was taking our order three times our order and she still messed up. We ordered two sandwiches and fries and we finished our sandwhiches and never got our fries after waiting longer and finishing our sandwich, looked over and looks like they totally forgot to even start making them. It was only me and my bf and one other couple in the restaurant.

Right off the bat; Not only was I not welcomed in, but I was stared at like I was an inconvenience (I went into the store around 4:30 pm). I ordered the Barbecue Tri-Tip with mayo and extra cheese. It took 9 minutes for them to make me a bad order while the store was completely empty. I'm not saying that they have to be chipper the whole time, but if you're going to look at me like I am some freak of nature I at least expect some good food. My sandwich didn't have the default cheese on it at all, just two random chunks of semi-cold mozzarella that wasn't spread out right at all. It is literally the two white blobs on my sandwich in the photo. Barely any mayo and just BBQ sauce all in the middle and barely anywhere else. Total WASTE of 18$. For a wrong order and just one sandwich. Yes, I could've checked the order before I left, but when I only got ONE add on I assumed that wouldn't have been difficult to mess up. I could get a correct sandwich and drink at Subway for cheaper. Service was cold, food was terrible...Could they not pick a struggle? I couldn't even just suck it up and deal with it because accidents happen, anyone knows that. But with how they spent most of my waiting time just standing around and chatting with each other. You can talk and work...but the first 6 minutes I waited it was just talking only. Would not recommend this place to even the last people on earth.

No problems ordering from this place. We live in a working household and often get home late at night starvin Marvin. These Sammie's always hit the spot, I love the wraps too!

Sandwich was very good and fresh. Turkey bacon and provolone super delicious!! I highly recommend it.
I Ordered a chefs salad. I went through the list of questions. What you want on it , and then I picked my salad dressing. When I arrived to pick it up, I had to stand in line just to get it it took a while when I got to my destination with my salad I opened it up and it was missing the avocados and the hard boiled eggs that it said it came with, but most importantly, it was missing the salad dressing. I called and all they offered is that I could come back and come pick up another salad which I didn't want because now my lunch time is over and I asked for a refund and they couldn't give me that they just told me to hold onto the receipt and bring it for another salad another day.

This is the best sandwich place every time I come to Modesto I try to stop here. The bread is so good it's fresh and soft all the vegetables and ingredients in the sandwiches are fresh and delicious the service is great!

Terrible. Ordered two sandwiches came five minutes apart. Lettuce wrap was all wilted. Togos is way better. 25 dollars wasted. Had to go to McDonald's after. Had to put 1star to post review. Didn't even deserve any stars.
