The menudo is okay, had way better, customer service was horrible, never came one time to refill drinks. The Jamaica tasted like chlorine water, never brought napkins until I asked, I asked for a bowl, she never returned with my bowl or asked how the food was. I will never recommend this business to anyone

Not impressed. To start, chips were very good, authentic. They also brought to the table a nice warm refried beans dip. But the salsa wasn't much more than tomato sauce and a little bit of spiciness. Main dishes were just average. Something I'd expect in a chain restaurant like El Torito or Chevy's. In fact, I'd say they're better. I went with my Mexican mother-in-law who was hoping for the best but was let down. She mentioned to me they use canned ingredients and the tortillas were store bought. Service was decent. Pleasant. Nothing bad or exceptional, either. Prices are average - maybe a little on the high side. We won't be back.

Good Friday evening at 5:00 p.m.. All we ordered was salad, rice and beans. The salad was straight from a bag. The rice was cold in mushy and the beans and tortillas were cold. They seemed like they were busy and shorthanded. We go to this location a lot and it is usually good. I don't know what happened tonight. It was very disappointing though

El Rosal on Tully Rd is hands down the best Mexican restaurant in town. I've been here for years & I'm now just leaving a review. The chips & salsa are excellent! The salsa is so delicious that I prefer it over any other salsa. The spiciness is just perfect. The chips & salsa are free, but you can order more for to-go. My favorite dish is camarones a la plancha. The rice is so fluffy & yummy. The fajitas are to die for too. Customer service is great! Highly recommend!

This is usually a great El Rosal location but our visit was very underwhelming. We were there for over an hour. Only about 20 minutes of it involved eating food. 10 minutes waiting for food after we ordered. So basically that's 30 minutes of waiting for someone to come to our table to take our orders or bring the check. The food was decent, not as good as usual.

Food was amazing, great customer service the waitress was really sweet. Beautiful restaurant, clean bathrooms. I ordered the fish tacos and they don't disappoint.
It's a consistent treat. Food reminds me of when I lived in Mexico. The chips and salsa are always going to be my go-to, but I'll recommend the carnitas caseras or pooled any day.

I bought their chicken soup ( take out ). It's the best. With my soup, I got 2 large tortillas, Spanish rice, chips, and salsa. For the price, it was so worth it, and perfect on a rainy day.

Great food, and great service. I often like to get my food to go, but love to sit and watch football games when it's football season too. The combo #2 with green sauce is one of my favorites, as well their shrimp in devil sauce.
