Our family has been coming here for over 30 years and have enjoyed every moment there till today. You feel taken care of. The food is incredible. The chips and salsa and cabbage at the beginning of your seating is addictively spicy. They check up on you and make sure you're okay, and the ladies in the back cooking to the ladies serving are some of the most sweetest people you will meet. We sadly moved away recently and we're so sad we can't just teleport there every week!!!
The food has always been able to sell itself. The staff sucks. Everytime I make a to go order. The bartender screws it up and then when confronted about it denies what I had ordered. The problem is that this is the only decent Mexican restaurant in modesto. But if they were to compete with real Mexican restaurants in Los Angeles they would be out of business quickly

Food is great hands down. Service is so slow. Just be prepared to wait. Ive been here about 5 times and every time theres a long wait to get seated and a long wait to receive your food. Food is delicious though.
