Ordered the rib eye medium-rare, came way overcooked but was replaced and made right. Very thin cut but good flavor, baked potato and veggies also tasty. My husband enjoyed the rack of lamb. Friendly staff.

At first we were hesitant to have dinner here, but everywhere you go in a Saturday night is always Jam Pack! This is a hidden gem for sur. It's not fancy, more like a diner vibe but very clean. The hostess and waitress were both very friendly and always kept checking g up on you mami g sure your drinks were topped off without even asking. Hubby ordered the grill salmon and I a lobster tail both cooked to perfection. The garlic shrimp was fresh and flavorful. Our least favorite item was the clams and mussels the were over cooked and lacked seasoning, compared to the devious garlic shrimp we ordered. I ordered a mojito I ask the hostess how they make them here soda verses sparkling water the bartender specifically came to our table and explained to me how they make it and how I would I like to have it he would do it. Needless to say it was perfection! Most defiantly going back again. This will be our new date spot the service was amazing, the place was clean and the food was fresh and delicious! We are so glad we found our new to go place.

Stopped in for lunch with my mom. This restaurant has become her favorite in town. The staff was attentive and the food was delicious. The mushroom Alfredo pasta was my absolute favorite. Definitely will be coming back.

Wife and I ate lunch here and it was just, okay. Now to be fair, being Italian myself, I have very high standards. However, for the money I think you could go to the Olive Garden and have better quality food. I had the Shrimp Linguine with the white sauce. For starters there was very little shrimp to be found and the pasta itself seemed like if had been sitting for a while, had no flavor, and was just, meh. The sauce also had no flavor at all. Was less creamy and more watered down than anything else.Our waitress was friendly but sadly seemed overwhelmed as she was the only one, I saw, waiting tables. There was also a screaming/crying kid in the back of the restaurant where the staff was and it was not too fun trying to have a fun little lunch date with a screaming kid.Overall we're not going back. For what we got and how everything tasted, it just wasn't worth it.

I've never been or heard of this place before showing up. When arriving we were sat and had our drinks ordered very fast. Our server was probably one of the best servers I've personally had she was friendly and attentive perfectly. Regarding our food it tasted great no complaints with it. Me and my party showed up right before dinner time. Which was the perfect time. This place deserves a visit at least once. I will be returning and also a ps the bartender was also great. Can't say enough good things

This restaurant is a little place that is like a "Hole In The Wall"It has food that you can't find in most restaurants! Like frog legs and great food with ambiance and great customer service! It's definitely worth the trip out McHenry Ave to try it out! Made me feel like I had traveled back in time when a Crab Louie was on the menu!
