I recently went in with my friend to dine. There was a table of maybe 8 people on one side and a couple on the other side. The two girls ignored us standing at the entrance until we called the girls attention. She told us it would be a 30 minite wait. REALLY!! We decided to leave and go elsewhere.

It used to be a nice place to eat and spend time with family, but the last 2 times we've been here it's been the worst customer service in the world. They take forever between bringing your drinks and bringing you your food, not to mention that the waiters don't even come close to making sure everything is okay at your table. And if they do, it shows that they do it reluctantly. I hope they work on improving the service, because it really goes from bad to terrible.

Everything was great our server was also great his name was Riley. Only thing is I wish the coffee was a little hotter it was kind of cold . Food and service was great though

It took 15 minutes to get our drink order then about 30 more minutes to get our food...no one checked to see if everything was okay....their pancakes are flat NOT awesome and fluffy like in the pastI will definitely not be going

We came to eat breakfast with our daughter for her birthday . The waiter was very nice. But I accidentally spilled my drink and one of the girls came by helped me cleaned it. Some worker lady with blond hair started to say rude remarks in Spanish maybe thinking I wouldn’t hear. Just made me feel really upset that an employee would be talking smack about an accident that she didn’t even clean with other employees in the back.
The waiter was new. I asked for ketchup, and they gave me their prefilled ketchup to go cups. It seemed like it was hard to get ketchup and hot sauce from these people.

This place isn’t military friendly so don’t expect your 20% discount the owner will not honor the complete discount they will only remove taxes or one item. Just know it owner discretion to honor military discount. The reason I am saying this because I though they would honor the 20% but the location isn’t a military community.

I just think this is a joke for what I’m paying and eating. My mashed potatoes came in as soon as I’m done with my plate, and for a dish like that, I’m embarrassed. My steak was very dry and hard too.
