For a place that used to be awesome they seem to lock the doors often for dining in. I assume some homeless terrorize the employees like the last time the glass was cracked not shattered.
The employees need to be trained in customer service. No matter how busy you are, at least you can tell a waiting customer that "welcome in we'll be with you shortly. This is called acknowledgement. The customer feels noticed and can wait. The workers attitude was like "why did you come here"
