Ilove jack in the box. Especially this one since it's so close to my house but lately it seems like the workers there the staff members have become more rude and short plus the parking lot is filled with homeless and people doing very strange things it's kind of like I don't even want to go there and I cannot believe how expensive Jack in the Box is getting used to be one of the cheaper fast food restaurants to go to and the Patty is like paper thin and you're paying almost 18 bucks for a number six is like wow anyways I love Jack in the Box I just not particularly fond of this one anymore even though it's right by my house

It's Just a Jack in the box, and definitely not one of the best omes.
Not only was there NO ONE in line in front of me, I was the only patron inside at all, but the three female staff just flat out ignored me until about 10 min after I stood at the counter, took my order, then proceeded to make me wait another 20 min, all while helping the drive thru, but if oring me until I said something, and then the one that offered to help, went to grab it, or so I thought, and she went straight back to filling the drive thru orders....when it was all said and done, it took over 40 min to order and receive my food. The MANAGEMENT IS NON EXISTENT AS IS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE OR EVEN JUST SERVICE IN GENERAL....I never had that big of a beef with Jack n the box but after today, I will not be eating there ever again.....they don't care about me so I don't care about them plain and simple!

Worse customer service, sent my kids to get food. They kept repeating the wrong order. After that they finally repeated the order right, kids got there and left. Come to find out it’s still wrong. So they went back and gave them the receipt and end up giving them a different receipt and still got the order wrong. Hope they can get better workers, cause they are rude and mean.
I have been coming to this location for some time and they never fail to disappoint. Always going above and beyond with the kindest employees, last night I was helped out by Jeremy - great kid and hard worker. Tell the GM to give this guy a raise for how hard he works and his awesome customer service. Aside from that keep it up.

Morning manager is rude. Second encounter with her. First time she tried running my card a few times and said my card wasn't working. Ridiculous because I just put gas. And this morning, 10/16/23. Went there again. She was there. Rude as always and I got food poisoning. Nasty place. Never again.

Love the new angry tacos although they were cold one time they did a replacement with receipt and were kind.

Unfortunately, Amanda was the only one that was good here, the other ones no customer service. they can care less if you have to go to the bathroom, there siloed into one particular task and they don’t wanna do anything else. Amanda, I don’t know if she’s the manager, is about customer service and helping. Two people had to go to the bathroom, they waited considerably.Matt was rather dirty and the furniture ask you all mats were dirty and gross .
