Most of rhe games are Malfunctioned and the food area is a mess. Ice cream machine not working (both of them). Then the drink area were chaos. Ice everywhere and not working. Only food that was decent were the pizzas. The sesting area were lack of cleaning. Kids tried to have fun but really it was a disappointing visit.
We had a birthday party and had a blast! Our party host was great, an absolute sweatheart keeping the kids entertained while we were there.The only downside is that you pay before the party and it asks for tip before you've even had the party so I opted out. They came in to ask me if I needed refunding of anyone who may not have shown up but nothing about tips.
