Whoever was on night shift around 7 30 p.m. on March 20th the chicken was amazing. It was crispy, juicy, buttery, and just made with so much love. The fries were perfectly seasoned and crispy. Overall, whoever this night shift is needs to stay together.

Chicken good prices are expensive. Popeyes cheaper but I like the colonel better. Sides better too. 12 piece meal $32 I looked for coupons nothing for a bucket that size. I was told to go to the KFC on McHenry they work with you on deals better customer friendly.

My credit card was charged twice for my meal. I was told by Carl, the manager that was on duty 12/04/23, that I needed to dispute the charge with my bank. They took no responsibility for the error.Unacceptable customer service. All customer should check the charges on there credit card.

I hardly ever rate these types of places highly, but this kfc seems very well run. The dining room is very clean and comfortable. The prices have shout up, like everywhere, but it’s actually a nice place to sit and enjoy your kfc faves! The food has been hot and fresh the past few times we’ve dined and the service seems on point, too!

I stopped coming to the Dale location due bad customer service. Today was the first day I got great customer service in over a year thanks to the guy (i believe he said his name was Will) manning the drive thru window around 1:30 today. 10star service.
If I could give zero stars I would.I have visited every KFC location in the Central Valley and this one ranks number one in the ghetto thug management category. The manager working the floor was so panicked about the drive thru and pick up orders that he was using loud profanity behind the counter in front of child patrons. He instructed me that I had to wait to place my walk in order because, "They were Hella busy right now"When my order hit the counter he didn't even notify me that it was my order and that it was ready. I looked in the bag myself to see that it was my order. Then I tried several times to get his attention just to get two packets of butter. I had to flag down another associate to do it for me. Not a good choice for someone who is showing unprofessionalism instead of representing this business the way it should be run. If you can't take the heat, get out of the kitchen. I will not be returning to this KFC location. Thanks, but no thanks ,

They got the order wrong, it took forever and then we were also kind of suspicious because they dropped a bunch of trays/pans while we were waiting. So it was sorta like...."did they drop our food on the floor, and that's why it's taking so long?" Also, there were a ton of people working but no one at the counter.

Absolutely disgusting chicken. It tasted like it was made 3 days ago and sat out. Extremely dry, easily the driest chicken I've ever ate. I've had jerky that's more juicy and tender. We've been here 2 times and it just gets worse. Never returning!

Young man at the window microphone was professional very kind and made sure I had everything correct on my order. and When I got to the window the lady was also super kind and had an awesome attitude really great atmosphere at this location. Order was perfect as well!
Food came hot and fresh. Nice flavor. Prices went up a bit, but expected that when the wages went up. Food came quickly
