There is one employee (with a disability) stressed out and trying his very best to get orders filled while every other employee is apathetic and not helping him. They were even disrespecting him and making awful comments towards him instead of helping. He tried to answer phones, help all the customers at the counter, and make all the pizzas himself while he pleaded for help from the others! My complaint will be just a drop in the bucket of complaints, but here goes: Made an online order for a cheese pizza. I waited 10 minutes after the projected ready time from the app. Walked in to request my pizza to be told it was not ready. Asked for a refund and walked out. This location should be avoided.

Over at the Oakdale location there was a kind young woman named Alyssa who had THE BEST customer service i've ever experienced. She did everything she could to help us out and did it with a smile on her face and understanding attitude. we LOVE alyssa and look forward to seeing her again at the store! thanks again alyssa!
