We go to this McDonald’s on paradise quite often since it’s so close to home. We almost always have bad customer service. However, today there was someone named jasmine behind the counter, I believe her name tag said she was a manager. She had outstanding customer service even tho it was extremely busy and hectic. She helped everyone, never left anyone waiting or unseen and did it all with a smile and a great attitude. She definitely deserves some type of appreciation for her hard work so I decided to write this review. Thank you jasmine!

0 stars for management, 5 for the young woman that helped me.Was asked to go out front and there were no spaces except one far from the entrance. Never happened to me before here. Parked in the one spot, then moved closer. Order was taking long so I went inside and my order was gone because they couldn’t find me and assumed I had left. The manager (tall white guy) asked if I had my receipt. I told them I asked for no receipt (a girl at the pay window had asked me if I wanted one like she’s supposed to and I said no).A nice young woman comes to retake my order since it wasn’t simple and I can hear management yelling at her to come to the back. What’s she’s supposed to do, drop her pen and paper and leave me there? No way whatever they needed was as urgent as the manager was making it sound. Later on I could hear a male manager or team lead angrily criticizing her from the lobby. Totally childish and unprofessional of him; it accomplishes nothing. She wasn’t even the person that met me at the pickup window, meaning she had no reason to have an image of me or my car.This Macdonald’s is the fastest of any fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to anywhere. It’s a shame it seems they’re achieving that by means of workplace hostility and intimidation. Management was well within their ability to check their facility cameras where my car would’ve been visible, and instead chose to abandon the order and misplace blame for their mistake onto the only employee who addressed me with a friendly and helpful tone while resolving this. Yeah she couldn’t find my car, neither did they and that’s the entire point of their management title: broader functions.I actually hesitated to write this because there was so much tension back there that I got the impression the young woman might be penalized if I made any sort of complaint. I shouldn’t be able to get that impression from 10 minutes of sitting in the building. To the manager/team leads in the back who were audibly frustrated: I’ve worked in fast food, fast casual with fine ingredients, and I’ve managed teams in the tech industry. Your particular brand of personnel management is short-sighted and elementary. I hope you’re able to unlearn being a tool long enough to understand that your conduct in this instance increases the likelihood of costly errors and is unnecessary to efficient operations.

Picked up an online order whoever the young guy who was bringing out the orders. Was so polite cheerful and nice. I had to wait a little longer for the cookies i ordered he came out to let me know he was making fresh ones. He was so pleasant.

No wonder they have one and a half stars. The service is poor, the food is never fresh unless it's breakfast. The ambiance is terrible. You can't pull up to the drive through without a crack-head asking you for money and the employees don't do anything about it.

Always a wait even when I order through their app .. they seem to always wanna forget things out of my order, and drive through always slow even with zero to one car at most in line . 0.oParking: Not a lot of spots ,fighting in and out traffic multiple ways more than 5 different directions at a giving time to just enter much less leave . Slow indecisive workers and directions on what to do or thoroughly explain there job and task that would like the customer to do or try and make happen at there request .

Unfortunately, the service was not what it used to be. The lady walked out of the restaurant to give us our order but she demanded us to drive to the pick up spot from the drive thru. We couldn't move forward since there was a car in front of us so she became impatient and handed out food to her coworker which he didn't know what car the order belonged to. He ended up giving our order to the car that was behind us instead. No one knew what was going on. The lady that handed the food to the next guy obviously hates her job.

Paid 4 + dlrs for cold stale fries. Damn if you want charge that much at least have them taste like they should.
Christian is an excellent barber!!! I highly recommend him if you want a fade, etc!!! He's top notch!!!!!
They always have me wait for my food when I used drive thru for a reason . I always have park and most time they forget to my items.
