WILLIAM needs to not be a manager at all he lacks customer service ! I ordered a burrito it was made wrong , I informed him he acted as if I was not being honest ! Then he didn’t even apologize try to help me or anything at all he was absolutely HORRIBLE , this is a great place I love going here this is the only bad experience I’ve ever had. If you’re going to be a manager first know how to manage communicate and articulate your self at minimum ! Very disappointing I paid $30 for a burrito you could have at least acted like you cared smh.

We return today and it will be the last time. Today I don't give the food a bad rating, although I didn't like it, but the service is terrible. We arrived and waited at the door for more than 10 minutes for someone to come and greet us. Finally a young man came and said that the waitress would come later because he was only the bartender. When the waitress came we sat down and in the end the bartender ended up serving us and taking our orders. He tried to do the best he could. It's a shame. I do not recommend it and we will not return.

Service fantastic. But if you're looking for a traditional down home Mexican cuisine this is not it this is I would say upscale high-end Mexican cuisine and you will pay accordingly. I've been to this establishment twice once for brunch and once for lunch/ dinner their drinks are fantastic again if you are looking for a simple delicious Mexican food this is not the place for you. This is upscale Mexican cuisine.
The food I got smelled delicious, and the lady at the front desk was very nice.However, I got food poisoning, and my wife did not feel good after eating too.It may just be our bad luck ?♂️.Who knows!!
