Usually the food is alright. There noodles are to spicy and the garlic noodles have no flavor. We had chicken rice bowls...worst we have ever had. Rice was undercooked and chicken chunks were dry and a lack of flavor. Nachos only have cheese, chips were soggy. Wait time is way to long.

It's on a screen that flashed back and forth. Not cool when you're trying to look at a menu.But the food will bring me back for take out

My first time here. My friend ordered Nachos that were greasy and staff said they couldn't do anything about it. Asked for ice water, they said they only have bottled water. Asked for a cup of ice and was told that it's only for the Michelle's. Won't be coming back. We had a large party and people that came after us got seated before us. And was told they couldn't do anything because they took the seats before us.

Armando “the manager” stated they don’t do refund since it is their policy. We ate our food and we’re ready to leave and realized they never gave us a sushi roll we ordered. Asked for a refund due to never receiving it. Armado stated that sorry no refunds it was already ready, but yet took another 10 mins to get the roll. Since when does a “manager” not have the authority to do refunds when they are at fault!! Armando is a horrible manager and needs to learn how to diffuse situations especially when they are in the wrong! Thanks to the kind cashier who apologized on his behalf, how embarrassing staff has to apologize for the disgraceful actions of “the manager”.
