Pizza was okay, but not up to par compared to other locations. Like almost any restaurant these days, there is a help wanted sign in the window and not enough staff to provide good service. We dined in, but there were many tables left unclean, and it looked like most of the orders were to go.

The worst experience ever at this Mountain Mike's restaurant. I am a delivery driver for Grubhub and I have been waiting over 30 minutes for my customer's order to be completed. The staff was very rude and originally told me 15 minutes for it to be completed. They have not told me that it was backed up or apologized for the delay. I will never recommend or visit this location ever.

We ordered a Chicken Club Pizza (white sauce, bacon, Chicken, spinach..... I think that's the one. 2 items $40.oo+We threw 1/3 of it away. On the same order we added a small garlic cheese bread. Normally that is gone first. We never ate more than 2/3, if that much. I will say there are now NO good pizza places that are corporate owned. These are in every city. Years ago Round Table was king. I don't go there anymore either. Since Covid-19 the quality went down 30% and prices went up 30%.I will just make pizza at home for $6.oo ($8.oo with premium meat)!!! ?

Ordered Jalapeño pizza with easy cheese What we got was pizza with no cheese and only jalapeños. Called and complained and she didn't even apologize. We order from this location frequently and have never had pizza this bad. Not sure if her name but was Tuesday night, 1/23 and she had red hair. Super rude and was sweeping and didn't even cut the pizza after I waited 30 min for it. Worst experience and even worse was bc it was the night before we were laying my aunt to rest. Horrible service and pizza as tossed. So disappointing on a night that was sad enough! Pls do better!

A sublime late Saturday afternoon, overcast skies showcase a pale sunset finally gets it's chance to shimmer lazily through the western edge of the horizon... Wild card playoff NFL football, and Sharks hockey on the other screen... A pint of Weiss Bier, perfectly made pizza pie, and excellent, timely, and charming ? customer service! The crew here tonight is in peak form. I am happy. I am almost never happy. Thank you gals & guys. I appreciate y'all????Parking: I just used this box to say that Riley provided excelsior service, her attentiveness and welcoming attitude, well, a pleasant change of pace, from other pizza places. 5 stars. If she's not Employee of the month for January, then there truly is no order nor rhyme or reason in this world gone mad??Kid-friendliness: I'm a kid at heart and the opportunity to play Pac-Man and watch football and eat pizza is a core mnemonic serotonin flood?

Ordered two pizzas from here the other night. The cheese pizza had barely any sauce, the other combination pizza we ordered had a ton of fully raw meat, it was disgusting. Sent in an email with no reply to corporate. Called in and was told the manager would call back and that never happened. The best the employee could do was offer us a 50 percent off coupon. This should be a massive health concern
