My pizza was not fully cooked and they do not put as much pepperoni as they use to in the past. They are losing their touch and attention to detail. Too expensive for mediocre pizza.

Ordered off app 2 small pizzas. Ordered at 5:09 supposed to be ready at 5:50. Showed up. They were out of gluten free crust. Didn't bother to call or anything. Showed up at 5:50 to find this out along with the fact they didn't even cook the other pizza we ordered. Terrible customer service!!!!!

Came for pinball, saw they had a pretty rad arcade. Pizza was good. The pinball machine is basically unplayable because of how broken it is. bathrooms and establishment are clean.
Ou experience dining there was not the best. We ordered two Pizza’s and an order of wings. When our pizza’s were brought to our table, one was boxed, and one was not. A reason was offered to us without us asking and it was because a new employee didn’t know better and put the pizza in a box. When we asked about the wings, he said they should be coming up shortly. I had to walk up to the counter and asked for plates since none were given to us. They handed us paper plates. The next party that came in to dine in received plastic plates.The meal ended and we never received the wings. When I went up to the counter to get a refund for the wings since we were done eating, the manager on duty said that’s weird. No apology, I asked what happened and she said “ I don’t know. I don’t normally work at the store I’m the manager at Riverbank I’m just filling in”I called today to talk to a manager. The head manager was not in so I talk to the gentleman that answered the phone after hearing me out he told me that he didn’t think that it was a big deal and that all the things that happened that night were just minor things.It would’ve been nice for him to say I’m sorry that happened and I will go ahead and talk to the staff instead of telling the customer that they’re making a big deal out of nothing. The reason I called is so the manager can know what the issues are, when they’re not there and can train them to handle situations that arise like these. If it was just one thing, I wouldn’t have even thought to call, but it was cumulative and as a manager I would want to know about these things to address them so they don’t happen to the next customer and they don’t end up leaving a bad review on Google.We obviously won’t be coming back to this location since there are pizza places, on almost every corner not to mention the one in the same parking lot! I just wish there was some better training because at some point these employees will be working someplace else besides a pizza place and they will need better customer service skills in their life if they’re going to succeed in other companies.

Been here like three times to try the salad bar and buffet pizza. What a absolute disappointment that gets worse each time. The salad bar looks like week old lettuce. Pizza buffet one pizza and wait 20 minutes for another pizza to come out to feed six people in the restaurant. Your better off to skip it all together. Go next door and get the lunch special and made fresh for you.

My Husband ordered on line a small Pepperoni Pizza and it said it would be ready in 45 mins. W live not 2 mins away and by the time he arrived home the pizza was COLD and it was made with no crust at all!!!!! I called and spoke to Aaron and was he said he had no idea as he had stepped outside, and put me on hold while he spoke someone else, I asked them to take this pizza back and to make another one and was told that there is no way that it would of been cold!! There customer service is bad, and it seems they have no problem insinuating you are not telling the truth!!! We WILL never order from this Mountain Mike's on Pelandale again!

This is our go-to Friday night dinner place. The pizza never disappoints. The staff and management are awesome! We love the service. The store is always clean and stocked. I highly recommend it!
