Nah next time you accept cash only write a damn sign. Was in line for 30+ minutes AND THEN you say cash only? I used my cash to pump gas, now I'm food less and gas less by waiting in the line!!!!

I remember when you used to get good size portions at the Panda Express. Now I got about 12 little bites of chicken in there, mostly rice. And I asked for some soy sauce and you only get 1. For just under $10. Not real happy or satisfied.

There were huge chunks of egg hidden in the middle of my rice that so obviously could not have been missed by the employee who scooped the rice into my container. The eggs took up 1/3 of the rice. Total rip off and would not recommend going to this location.

The food is very greasy, and the staff seems to work for free, they serve you in a bad mood. In most chains like this they are disgusting, Modesto and Turlock have terrible service. The best ones are those in Livingston.

My Beijing beef was very soggy and my husband's broccoli beef consisted of a bunch of broccoli and only two small pieces of beef. After he told them about it, they did give him another entre but their attitude wasn't the best. They could do better.Update:I came back here after a while of not coming. Unfortunately it hasn't improved at all. This time I ordered the broccoli beef and it's mostly broccoli, again I had like 3 small pieces of beef. This time me, my family and friends asked for half and half (rice/chow mein), and we got probably half of what they used to serve of chow mein (I'll post a pic of my plate). Also, I'm not sure if they have new ppl working, but there were like 4 or five workers serving, and they were all over the place, they kept getting confused about what food what who's, they didn't give us one of our entrees, we had to go back and get it, and it just looked like they were having trouble coordinating themselves. It was kind of disappointing ??‍♀️. I hope they find their groove and improve ??, it used to be one of our favorite spots.

Incompetent employees or liars? I just recently received my order from Panda and asked if I could have two sauce packets of sweet and sour sauce for my ragoons. The Sweet and sour sauce was already requested through my online order. When I picked up my order, I asked for sweet and sour sauce, your employee stated to me that she put all the sauces the was requested in the bag. I took your employees word for it. When I got home, there were ZERO sweet and sour packets. So, moving forward, shall I open my bag in front of your employee, and go through the bag to ensure I got the sweet and sour packets? Not my job to do that especially when she said she put them in the bag. Please hire competent employees who understands English and can do the job. I get that it’s not their food, it’s mine so who cares right. Well, hopefully Panda Express cares. Sorry for being sour.

No customer service whatsoever twice in a row I've waited over 15 min in line. First time there's only one person ahead of me took 15 minutes just to ring in my order. Today Two people ahead waited for 15 minutes and left. employees are making plates and cutting in line the managers come out to prove their order and then goes back while I'm still waiting to get served. I ended up just leaving will not go back.
