I had my first bowl of Phó in Milpitas CA 1990 and I've been in love with it borderline obsessed ever since. In 1990, there were few, next to none, Latinos having phó for any meal of the day and in the case of the place I was going, no one spoke English and there were 2 places I knew of in San Jose or the surrounding areas. I started to learn Vietnamese by asking my co workers who took me to the place to only speak to me in Vietnamese and in no time, I was able to order everything I wanted but I digress. I guess I said all that to say this, I've been to many Phó restaurants and these guys rank among the best that I've had!
Honestly, this food was by far the best Vietnamese style food I've had! Hands down! The food freshness was superior! It would be nice to see a new re-update Decor inside. But overall, the food was outstanding standing! This is my new "to -go- place" for Vietnamese food!!

I could not wait for the food this place is so nasty..I watched as the kid knocked over a lid and picked it up and put it back ?. I made him go clean it...then one who readying to mop pickup a napkin off the floor and wiped the tables.... I don't think these tables EVER BEEN CLEANED ...I JUST COULDN'T...I LEFT WITHOUT THE FOOD....

I absolutely love this place and I recommend 100%. I’ve been eating here for a long time, the service is great, the food is amazing and they are very clean. Best pho place is Modesto.
I go for the car wash here. They Wash your car by hand and they do a good job. They also apply wax and other services. I have been coming here for a very long time. I took food to go once. Spring rolls were really really good.

The food is always awesome.I used to get pork blood in my chicken pho, but now I mostly get spring rolls and combination beef phoThe service is always weird.Sometimes you get someone that speaks a little bit of English, and sometimes you get someone that just points out, says one or two words. Tell them the number on the menu connected to the food words. Do not ask them questions. And do not send food back. You will give them a meltdown. I have seen it before. I've never done it, but I've seen other people do it before, like it's their first time in the world. And talking louder and slower doesn't help them understand anything you're saying. Again, I don't do it, but I've seen some people in our community doing it, and it makes me sad. But just to be clear, there also only advertising that they are hiring in Korean, so if you don't know Korean, they probably aren't going to hire you.The atmosphere is always bare bones...Vibe: a soup kitchen in Korea.The tables have been there since they opened, and you can tell by the way they are worn out that some of the employees have used the wrong chemicals LOL, but I have never gotten sick. This isn't a place to bring a first date unless you are really trying to see how Posh they are. This place is not fancy it is just for eating it is not for social media pictures, and it is not for food vlogging.It is defined as one of the most popular car washes and chicken noodle soup spots in Modesto.Parking: When you pull in you're going to want to pull in on the South Side Drive-In and you're going to want to go to the far right around the vacuums for the car wash there is parking along the back wall and there is parking along the north side but do not park in front of the vacuums because it clogs up the route to go to the actual parking lot.I am so sick of seeing all these doordash and Uber Eats drivers parking in the driveway and clogging up the entrance like arrogant Karens.
